This is my moms go to place for her hair cuts and her hair color! She has been going to Melvin for as long as I can remember (even when he was located at another location) and won’t see anyone else. He’s super friendly and listens to what you want and does a quality job. If you’re wanting him to be your stylist on a Saturday, it’s best you come in early as he is popular and there is always a wait. He can do anything from perms to cuts to color and beyond. Ask for Melvin, you won’t be disappointed.
As for the salon itself, it’s family friendly with toys in the waiting area for the kids and plenty of seating. The cuts are super cheap and the quality is definitely there. They also sell Paul Mitchell, Redken, Bed Head, American Crew and Wella products. If you can’t get in with Melvin, there are plenty of other stylists to see, so stop by!

I have been going here for about 4-​years. I have never had a problem. A lot of people only want to get their hair cut by Vu but Sherry is very good too. If you don’t mind your hair being cut by a woman then you can usually avoid a wait. They also wash, cut, straighten and wax. Not a fan of some of the people but if you go Thursday or Friday you can’t go wrong. Saturday is an insane wait.
