CrossFit has been a savior to me. So different than other gym memberships I have had in the past. Different as in there is a sense of family amongst the members. Regardless of your level of fitness or your fitness goals the trainers are there to take you on your own personalized journey to overall fitness. Many think Crossfit is some kind of cult with crazed fitness freaks, but that is not what it is. It can be whatever you want it to be, whether you are aged, like me, and just want to maintain a level of fitness that you are comfortable with or a future Olympic athlete. It’s can everything and anything. I want to belong to a community of people with differing, yet common goals, then Crossfit is for you. It’s for every one. Highly recommended! And it is fun! After workout beer consumption is highly recommended!
