Amazing Italian food. Sal the chef makes some great old school Italian food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food quality was very good. Portions are generous and the service is good. The complimentary glass of homemade wine was much appreciated and very tasty. The value for the prices charged was more than fair. Unfortunately for my wife they ran out of gluten free pizza during our visit. My one suggestion would be to get a filter for the water. The taste of it was not good. We will definitely be back!

New ownership. Good portions, well prepared. The owner will stop by your table and point out various menu selections. The chef also will stop by to see if you were satisfied with your meal. We were very satisfied! Looking forward to dining there again in a couple of weeks. Stop by, too. You won’t be disappointed!

Finally decided to go to this restaurant following the installation of banners stating«Under New Management». We were greeted and seated promptly; FYI there are two(2) entrances: restaurant to the left, pizza to the right. Very nice manager chatted with us about specials and food options. Waitress was also nice and provided great service. I ordered the gnocchi pomadoro and my spouse ordered the chicken parmigiano. Salads were fresh and tasty. Garlic knots were AMAZING! Chicken Parm was quite good. Gnocchi was gummy and the sauce was blah. I should have gone with eggplant parmigiano, it would have been the better choice. Gnocchi is a tough dish to master but with the right touch can be fabulous. We will be going back to eat again, as we want to try the pizza as well as other dishes. We thought about ordering one to go about ¾ through dinner but it was a 30 – 45 minute wait at that point. The place was hopping on Friday night with a mix of couples and families. The tables turn over pretty fast so the wait is short.

Foods good. Ordered twice so far. Pizza and subs were good. However, Avoid bbq ckn pizza unless you enjoy be sauce. Pizza was doused in sauce, it’s all you could taste. Waste of $ 16. Atea slice and threw it away.

Since my initial review, I have frequented this restaurant twice. Each time I have gotten the same exact item — 1 large cheese pizza. The first time I went(intial review) the pizza was stellar — 5 star. Sadly, the two subsequent times were awful. It was like that first pizza never existed or was a fluke. Where the first pizza was perfectly baked, the second two were under cooked. I think they changed the way they make their pizzas because the crust was different as was the cheese. Consistency is key with me, and if you can’t make a consistently good pizza, I will not return. I would expect maybe once to get a bad pie, but not twice in a row, especially if the product is considerably different. The last time I was there the bottom of the pizza had alot of burnt residue on the bottom. It was not the good kind of char you want on a crust, it was like either burnt flour or remnants not cleaned up in the oven. Its very disappointing as that first pie I got(and posted pictures of) was out of this world.

Grabbed a large pie for take out. I think maybe it was just a little pricey for the area but I certainly was happy with the food. Fresh made and definitely hit the pizza craving. Just so you know — restaurant itself was a little different in terms of appearance, at least from what I’m used to, but regarding the food — I was happy with the pizza… arguably the best pizza I had in the area. Some notes: Large parking lot. Located in a residential area. BYOB.

Wonderful night… Betty(owner) is a doll. Our servers were so friendly and personable… Jessica and Nicole??? Hopefully I got their names right. BYOB is always a welcome treat. Wine is so overpriced at all restaurants! The francese was amazing… as well as the other pasta dishes ordered by our table. Don’t miss out on the gelatos! So many choices! Can’t wait to go back with even more friends!!!

Authentic Italian everything! You won’t find a place like it anywhere. Also deli and REAL brick oven pizza. They bake various types of bread the items they bring in are from New Jersey and New York. Yes and real Italian cold cuts. If you go there and you don’t like it, you’re not Italian… hahaha

The evening started out well enough for our party of 13. Since the restaurant is BYOB, we brought our own wine and the waitresses quickly provided water for us all. Our 15 month old son was very intrigued by the owner’s accordian playing, which was very cute to watch. We ordered five large pizzas, and in a good amount of time, four of those pizzas were delivered to the table. After a few minutes of waiting, we decided to start eating rather than waiting for the fifth pizza, even though that would mean that not everybody was eating together. The four pizzas were delicious and hot. The fifth pizza, with pepperoni, was ordered for a family of four which included two elementary aged children. After some patient waiting, the father asked about the pepperoni pizza. Either the waitress forgot to order it, or the kitchen staff forgot to make the pizza. The order was placed again for the pizza and after about 15 more minutes, the waitress asked if the father still wanted the pizza. She received the reply, that yes, his children still needed to eat, otherwise he would have not wanted it. No apologies were provided until the father showed his annoyance. The children were patient and very well behaved while waiting for the pizza, which came out piping hot, but an hour after the other pizzas so the rest of the party had already finished eating. The owner of the establishment brought over the pepperoni pizza with many apologies, but when asked to take that pizza off the bill, he balked.(We were very happy to pay for the other four pizzas.) He asked why he should not charge for the pizza but was not interested in hearing any reasons. He began bad-mouthing the father who had gotten angry about the late pizza(the father had already left the restaurant) in front of his wife, two children, and extended family, which was uncalled for. The father had gotten angry, but had not been unreasonable or difficult. His wife mentioned that the owner’s reaction was not conducive to good business or the desire for us to return, as there are many good Italian restaurants in the area. The owner asked if we had ever been there before(most had, multiple times) and said, «You don’t need me, I don’t need you.» He stated that he is a contractor and the restaurant was his second business. He was also overheard talking about our displeasure for the very delayed pizza at one of the few other tables that held customers.(Now we might understand better why the restaurant was pretty empty.) When the bill came, not only were all five pizzas on the bill, but the bill also included an 18% gratuity. I’m pretty sure if asked, the waitress would have agreed that good service was not provided, and she seemed very embarrassed that the owner did not comp the one pizza. All in all, the owner’s behavior and comments drove us all to have a very bad experience which colored our evening. I would not recommend the restaurant to anyone unless you enjoy being insulted if they do something wrong and get called out for it.

I concur with the other posts claiming that they were unsure whether this place was a landscaping/construction business or a restaurant. The confusing outside appearance led me to drive by this place for 15 months until I finally figured out that it was an Italian restaurant. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a Deli and a Pizza place inside this building. So, here is the real deal… Excellent food, and if you have not eaten there yet, you should do so asap. I’ve eaten a bunch of things from this place over the past month(all take-out), and I am very impressed. Deli sandwich was great(grilled ckicken, roasted red pepper, fresh mozz). Next, I had a dinner(Chicken Piccatta)…Awesome. Although, it was served with a side of pasta/marinara. I would have preferred the meal over pasta, but when I tasted their homemade marinara, I didn’t care anymore. Excellent. Next up is their Pizza. Killer! They use a real fire pit brick oven, and the pizza is the best in the area. They also have the traditional pizza ovens, and they make a bunch of different pies that are good. Finally, I was in the mood for a Calzone the other night. Excellent again. Look out though… the«small» is gigantic! Definitely enough for one person, maybe two. Overall, this is a must try if you live in Palmer Township. It’s close, the food is great, and the owners are very friendly. It sure beats going over to Easton to go to Giacomo’s every time you want a good Italian Deli sandwich. In my opinion, it missed the 5th star due to a couple minor things…1) food takes a little long to prepare, even when they are slow… and 2) the food is a tad bit on the pricey side which surprises me since they are off the beaten path and struggling to get new customers due to their building’s appearance. A new road sign and marketing plan would help their business out tremendously.

I live really close to this place. It was difficult to tell whether it was a restaurant or a landscaping company. The signage has improved a lot. This is located in a residential area and off the beaten path. So here is the bad. There was no air conditioning when we were there and the plastic on the tables is a bit tacky. The good. The prices are reasonable and the pizza was OUTSTANDING. Fresh cheese and tomatoes. Best pizza I have had in a LONG time.

Took my Mom out for Mother’s Day, and well. .. things got weird. First up I always thought this was a landscaping business or something. Nope! It is a restaurant. Surprise number one. Parked and ambled about the parking lot, looking for what was the entrance. Found no clear indication of where to go, so we picked a door! And were met with confused looks from the staff. Ok, surprise number two then. Get a table, handed out menus, we place our orders, and things progress as normal. Or so we thought. For reasons that were never thoroughly explained, a Mario Andretti look alike was ambling about the dining area, playing at an accordion. Note that I say playing AT, there seemed to be no rhythm or melody to the playing. But that wasn’t the oddest bit. The oddest bit was the giant sombrero. Surprise number three. The dining area is a little odd, clearly it is a converted space with oddly place shelves, deli counters, and doors aplenty. But it wasn’t unwelcoming. The haphazard nature of things, while disorienting at first, were actually kind of comforting. It felt like the whole thing was a spur of the moment dinner for the whole family at your eccentric aunt’s house. Now our food did take a while to get to us, but the staff told us very early on that they were running a little behind, so we weren’t bothered. And besides, it gave us more time to soak up the surreal accordion playing. But when the food arrived, all of these bizarre features came into focus. With food this good, you can get away with having someone dressed in questionable ethnic dress playing at one of the most ridiculed musical instruments. My chicken and shrimp fra diablo was amazing, my girlfriend’s puttanesca was some of the best we have had, and even my sister’s dish, the lowly and usually uninspired fettuccine alfredo, was a first rate dish! All in all this place was an amazing find, and completely worth trying to understand.
