RTM Support Services started out as private outsourcing contractor for IBM, Pathmark, Shoprite and Catalina Coupons. In 2014 the company has since changed its focus to include small business and home office systems.
Meet the Business Owner
Bob M.
Business Owner
Bob started in the IT field in 1979, as a field technician in the IT department for Pathmark Stores, Inc. He was responsible for troubleshooting their POS software and hardware as well as maintaining their wired networks. He trained the store’s staff on new software in the constant evolving environment.
In 1989, with the explosion of new technologies within the information field, Bob started RTM Support Services. The company specialized in supporting and supplementing both large and small companies in their expansion and upgrading of their current equipment and software. In 1993 Bob incorporated and established RTM Support Services, Inc. to provided consultation as well as installation/upgrading of networks, U-Scan Checkout systems, IBM POS systems and EFT devices.
Since 2009 Bob has been employed as a Technical Consultant, with the primary focus supporting PC’s and Servers as well as maintaining in store networks.
