U-Haul Moving & Storage

The manager couldn’t have been more helpful! After some minor misunderstandings with the U-​Haul website reservations I made, the manager went out of his way to support me!

The worst experience I’ve had with U-​haul. In late April I just wanted to drop off a tow dolly with my RV at this location. The chubby blonde girl behind the front desk was extremely rude. At first she told me that I couldn’t drop off the dolly because they did not have any space, which was a complete lie because I could see the visibly empty lot. She then informed us that it would be an extra cost to drop the dolly-​which was wrong and just lieing to argue with us. I called corporate and they said there were no such policies as this fatty was saying. Then, she tried to get us to back up our rv with the loaded down dolly, but if you read U-​HAULS INSTRUCTIONS you are never supposed to back up. She laughed when we told her we were not backing up our huge rv into this tiny lot with potholes everywhere. It has been 5 months since this incident and we are still mad about it. That is why we are Unilocaling so late. Moving again here soon, and will NOT use this U-​haul center again. I would never employ someone so unprofessional, Fat, and Stupid.
