Apparently contractors across the panhandle have a reputation for not showing up when they say that they will and not being even slightly apologetic for this apathy. We loved the selection at Sellers although prices weren’t anywhere close to straightforward. We’re one month into the process (since we picked our countertop and backsplash tile) and have been stood up four times now. They don’t call and warn you, they just don’t show up. When they needed to measure in our kitchen, they gave a ten minute warning. It’s like no one else has jobs or schedules. Why would anyone accept this behavior? Are we really at the mercy of being treated like we don’t matter? I’d like to revolt and boycott people who disrespect others like this.
