This store is okay but the company sucks. They rip you off for u-​verse and cellular service. Get here early and no one is here.

Make sure you schedule an appointment online to get faster service. If it’s busy you might be waiting a half hour for first come first serve. Staff is very professional and personable. Went there for a new phone and was in and out quickly with an activated phone. The only con I can note is that they try to upsell you on services and products you didn’t even come in for, it’s done respectfully but I know what I’m there for and don’t need to be sold on anything extra. I understand they’re on commission though.
Overall good experience. Customer service compared to Sprint and Verizon seemed to be much better.
