Edwards Eastvale Gateway 14

Not a great theater. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is always surrounded by– and also filled to the brim– with teenagers. That’s not my biggest gripe though– that is reserved for the fact that this is the ONLY theater in Corona/​Eastvale that doesn’t have some kind of early bird ticket pricing before noon. The parking lot here is also really poorly designed– incredibly difficult to get in and out of. It’s like it was designed to contain fewer businesses, but then someone crammed them in and didn’t bother to modify the flow of traffic. The Edwards off of Cajalco (also part of Regal entertainment) is much larger, curfews are well enforced, and tickets are less than $ 7 if you go before noon. Same goes for Starlight Dos Lagos and AMC off of Tyler in Riverside (just past the Corona city limit).

Love coming here to watch new releases. We have been customers since they first opened. Only gripe is we recently saw Finding Dory and we all left with bites on different parts of our body (face, cheek, neck, legs). The seats need to be steam cleaned and disinfected OR reupholstered because there are either fleas or little bugs feeding off you while watching movies. It’s gross! Never experienced this before.

Bad management went to watch a movie on day of release. Ticket lady in front of the counter was rude to my brother and gave us attitude. Then we had to wait for 30 minutes from 9 – 9:30 that was understandable. But them there was a bunch of teenage kids who cut the line and got into without tickets. Security should of paid more attention and management should of at least checked everyone tickets before entering the theater room because there would be less seats available for paying customers like myself.

Here tonight to see Captain America Civil War. Used the restroom before the movie starts. Some idiot architect or electrical engineer thought it would be a good idea to install the gail force wind status hand dryer DIRECTLY ABOVE THE SINK. So I was my hands, put my hands under the dryer to dry them, the dryer starts, I dry my hands, remove my hands and the gail force wind blows the water from the sink all over my face, my shirt, my jacket and my iWatch. WHAT COMPLETE IDIOT THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD SPACE MANAGEMENT? I told the manager who cant do anything about it but at least agreed that the placement of the hand dryer was a bad idea. I have been in the electric/​voice/​datacomm industry for 28 years and have NEVER seen a hand dryer mounter directly above a sink.

We asked, for a certain movie and current occupancy. The attendant told us 55% open. Walked in and our tickets read a totally different movie. The movie we wanted to see was filled to the max. The manager or so called supervisor didn’t even bat an eye after speaking with him. He shrugged me off and pretty much said not my problem. Had to wait a full hour inside because we already had our food which we had to eat before the next movie started. Beware of coming here because there fake police might harass you as you try to walk into the movie theater early. Not happy at all with their customer service. I’m in management for one of the largest retailers in the country, all I can say is this place needs help. Happy Valentine’s day. Psesh.

LAZY EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER!
So my husband and I decided to see a movie 02÷09÷16 at 6:50pm. The line to buy tickets was at the concessions instead of the box office. When we got inside I told the girl (Carly I think) that we didn’t have our rewards card if she can look it up by phone number. Our phone number didn’t show up. I know the system and your allowed to look up the rewards card by name. She refused to and said only the phone number.
So I decide to talk to the male manager on duty and he was rude as hell. He told me several times they can only add points at the begging of the transaction. I clarified 3 times that I did ask for my points at the begging of the transaction and that his employee refused to look up my information.
He then went to his computer and said oh I was able to add your points (when he said he couldn’t do anything at this point because we didn’t add the points at the beginning of the transaction). I told him to talk to his employee and to let her know that you can look it up by name. He said he would but instead he went back to «the office» to sit on his lazy butt and did nothing to address the issue.
WORST REGAL EVER!

For the past couple months we’ve been checking this theater since it is close to home. But I am disappointed most of the time because it has issues with cleanliness. I don’t mind the long preview before the movie starts but uncleanliness of the place is disgusting. They don’t seem to clean in between films. Popcorn, and trash everywhere inside the theater. This happened not just once or twice… but it seems like a pattern in this theater. Bathroom is dirty as well. This place is not recommended.

Ticket booth lady was terrible. She was so fucking rude, she sucks at customer service skills if she even has any. They need to open up more ticket booths, so not everyone has to end up blocking the pathway. And How about hiring people that know what to do. Don’t recommend anyone to bother coming here, you’re better off going somewhere worth your money, such as Chino Harkins theatre.

Worst concessions I’ve ever seen. They ran out of popcorn in a movie theater how can that happen? On new years day. Had to wait 20 min. for popcorn and a coke..

The cinema is located in a very busy area of the shopping center and parking can be difficult to find. If you have a Regal card like I do you must present it in order to get credit for the tickets you buy. If you forget your card then no credit on your card. I wished Regal can just lookup your card number with your name or telephone number. The theaters are small but they are clean inside. If you come on a Friday be prepared to see lots of teenagers and it looks like its the local teenage hangout. It’s nice cinema to watch a movie with my husband and daughter when its not busy with teens.

Worst concessions I’ve ever seen. The line is 15 people deep. I see people who work here hardly working.

Been to this movie theater a few times now. I’m not sure if I always get stuck in the small theaters, but their theaters are super tiny! You really feel it when it’s the first weekend of a new release of a good movie. I like sitting towards the top and I don’t think I ever have sat at the top of this movie theater.
It’s a popular shopping center too with lots of restaurants and shopping stores so I’m surprised their theaters are super small. Again, not sure if all the theaters are tiny, but the ones I’ve been to have always been small.
Also, I was kind of annoyed at the employee I bought the tickets from. My sister, nephew and I were going to watch the 2:30 showing of Straight out of Comptom, and she assumed we were watching the 3:30 showing. If my nephew didn’t notice, we would have sat in the wrong theater. Seems like they are careless at times so I recommend checking your tickets right after purchasing so you go to the right theater.
Overall though, the theater is clean and most of the other staff is really nice. They have a lot of showings of movies so it’s easy to find something that fits your schedule.
Their concession stands serves huge items! I got a medium that seriously should be a large. I even asked the lady to make sure it’s a medium. I got a medium icee for about 5 bucks. Most of their flavors didn’t work so that was a little annoying, but not a huge deal since I love icees and most of the flavors.
I’d come back, ESP since my niece and nephew live close by and they love movies :)

I live in EASTVALE and am in my 20’s and I avoid coming to this Edwards at all cost especially on a weekend. However, I found myself here on a Friday night and it reminded me of why I never come here. This place is where all the kids who go to junior high and high school go to. The lines are always packed to get tickets and to get popcorn. This is also the only place I’ve gotten carded to see an R-​rated movie. Which is I guess good for parents to know but annoying if you’re a grown up.

Theater is clean, but he price are high for matinée. I had my purse searched today for the movie Straight out of Compton and that was not cool! It’s bad enough that the matinée prices are high, but to be racially profiled by some high school staff is ridiculous. I should have gone to AMC.

This was a terrible experience! The people have no personality and are completely rude! I might as well speak to a rock and get a lot more interaction. The place is dirty! I can’t believe j paid so much for nothing.

I went there for the first time last night. The theater was well kept, it was not super crowded, the staff was friendly. Although the I got ID for a rated R movie, which seems weird because I am way older than 17, I appreciated the compliment!

We came a little late for a showing. They refused to let me buy a tickets for the movie even though I didn’t mind coming in late. It’s all OK. I shall take my business elsewhere.

Here to see Inside Out with children. Forgot to bring the Regal card, so asked if the purchase can be added to the membership card. It can only be added on the same day??? I thought perhaps this policy could be revisited.
Clean restrooms, shared parking lot with easy access. The cashier seemed a little removed from work, physically there but mentally elsewhere.

Matinée prices are as much as others theaters general pricing. — $ 10.25 which is AMC’s General ticket prices. –_–
Usually over populated with teeny boppers since it’s the only theater around Eastvale.
The inside isn’t too bad. I’ve enjoyed the movies I have watched here, but it’s overpriced and crowded. If I can avoid this theater, I usually do.

I should NOT even give this theater a «1-​star» … This place deserves ZERO-​Stars.
My wife and I came down here for a date night. We live in South Orange County out by the coastal region, we dropped off out two toddler sons and we had our 5 month old infant with us, because she is breast-​feeding. The very rude attending cashier turned us away at the box office after asking us how old our baby is. She told us because of safety reasons we were refused service here. We will NOR be returning to give this location any more business. We would recommend as many parents with infants not to patronize this business as well. This movie theater has discriminated in an unfair way. We will be writing the Better Business Bureau and writing the management and corporate offices about this very unprofessional business practice. (In addition, the staff here needs to monitor the «riff-​Raff» that are loitering directly in from of the box office and blocking the ADA pathway and entrances. I am a disabled veteran that had to maneuver uncomfortably around the crowd of juvenile delinquents loitering about. This might be the only thing «unsafe» that I observe around here.
