The Gurus have been around for a long time under several umbrellas. As the company continues to grow we have changed names several times. Once called the Phillips Consulting Firm we are now Techknow Gurus. We wanted a name that was a little less stuffy yet would convey a message of who we are. Tech, as in technology; know as in we know; and Gurus which mean teacher or master. We love our jobs and We Know IT. I made an appointment with them on a Tuesday for the following Friday, for noon, since I had a doctor’s appointment at 1. Friday morning at 11 they called to get address and time (time we had already agreed on and address and directions given on Tuesday-​gurus?). I missed that call but called 5 min later and told them again time and address, he then asked if 1 was ok? I said NO I had a doctors appt so he said someone was in Reynolds and would be over when his job was done. Ok, Just got a call at 12:50 saying he forgot his cell phone and couldn’t call to say he was running late. Two different people. Seriously? You’re in a service business and you forgot your cell phone? Horrible customer service and totally unreliable. Will find help with someone else.
