Rented a pontoon boat for a half day of fun on the lake. Really enjoyed the smooth service and getting us quickly onto our boat. Right on the grounds of Cuscowilla Resort which made it easy. Only downside was that once we got out onto the lake we realized that the back ladder accessing the lake water was not there… we searched the boat but found no ladder anywhere. Appeared that it was been broken off or removed based on the sharp edged piece of metal still bolted to the rear deck. Either way, made it very difficult to get in and out of the water. Not too cool Tommy… thanks for fixing. Otherwise, good experience and very nice boat.
