Cody and Molly Filipczak work together with customers throughout the building process, at every selection meeting, and all throughout construction helping our customers with any and every decision.

History

Established in 2007.

C&M Properties and Construction, Inc., is a locally owned and family run business in Eau Claire, WI – Owned and operated by Cody and Molly Filipczak. After years of working in the building industry both as a Foreman and Construction Manager, Cody believed he had the knowledge, skills, and business sense it takes to run a successful home construction company that eventually he and his family could run together — and he was right. Starting all on their own and running the first office out of their home, C&M Properties and Construction has grown each and every year beyond all expectation.
