Horrible service! Don’t come here! The assistant manager jennifer could care less about customer service! Waited over 15 minutes for regular tenders!!! Horrible place and then has the nerve to tell me that they are on a timer! Poorly managed! Don’t come here! Would give it a negative if I could!!!

I went here for the first time this week and i must say it was great, hot, fresh and crispy skin which is the way i like it and the man behind the counter was so nice. I also like that you dont have to pay extra for white meat. I will be back.

I’ve been to the Popeye’s in Eddystone twice. The first time, I order chicken tenders at the drive through, got home with it, and realized the chicken was not cooked thoroughly; it was pink. So I had to heat it up till it was cooked through. I swore I’d never go back, but today, more than a year later, I did. Foolish me. I got the shrimp, my dining partner got the chicken tenders. The food was fine this time, but the service was horrible. We went through the drive-​thru, and the guy running the drive through was so darn rude when I was ordering, then, when we got to the window, he continued to be rude. No greeting, not even a simple, «hi, how you doin’?» Nothing. When I asked for bbq sauce, he said, «I already gave you one! If you want another it’s going to be .27 cents!» Yikes. Pardon the heck out of me! Slapped down over a tiny bbq sauce packet!
I won’t be back. They need some employees that at least make an attempt to be pleasant.

The BEST!!! The BISCUITS are to DIE for! NOBODY has better! Not the most high end places anywhere! (I bet — never been to one — but STILL bet)! The chicken, the shrimp, the EVERYTHING! This is THE BEST place to go to for a drive thru (OR sit-down).The staff is friendly & the food is amazing!:Shrimp cooked PERFECTLY! –as well as the chicken! The beans & rice can’t compare anywhere & the GREEN BEANS taste EXACTLY how I make them! (old Southern recipe from husband’s grandmom).To have «my» green bean recipe & get to take out is SUCH a blessing (cuz I can’t cook much anymore) Thanks Popeyes!
