Horizon Graphics Printing

The cream of the crop! I’ve been a patron of this printer since 2009 through my government workplace based on the professional look of a brochure my coworker requested the previous year. I wish I knew about them in 2007 when I got married. They would have a done a much nicer job on my church programs and other printed media. My coworker and I interviewed several local printing businesses in New Jersey and New York but were disappointed with either their reps’ own crookedly-​printed or cut business cards and poor printing tolerance. I’m so thankful that Horizon Graphics happens to be a female Veteran-​owned business, which helped it originally appear in a long list from which we chose.
Through the years up to now, types of custom projects they have repetitively completed for us with exacting care are: brochures, newsletters, posters, postcards, questionnaires via full-​bleed plate-​printing or digital-​printing with mass mailings to a subscription list. Besides printing excellence, their customer service is just outstanding. The owner and her husband are a true power couple handling the entire business. Their slight Minnesota (Upper Midwest American) accent adds even more warmth to their friendly, personal, and professional manner. Their turnaround time for printing proofs and final products is f-​ing fast!!!

In all my time working remotely with this printer, I would have to say that the customer service has dropped off the deep end of the pool. From the belittling attitude to the mockery of the customer. I saddens me to have to say I would not be returning as a customer to this company. I’m going to take my business elsewhere and I would recommend doing the same too. There are many more companies out there that can provide better service and better customer service for your printing needs.
