History

Established in 2008.

Aurélie Spirito, the owner, has 5 years experience as a buffet coordinator in France followed by 6 years in the US.

She started her company Lila Buffet Styling in 2008 after her husband’s company transferred from France to Minneapolis.

She decided to offer locally the benefit of her French experience and «savoir-​faire» as well as her passion for food and decoration.

Aurelie is French and moved to Minnesota in 2007 since her husband’s job was transferred to Minneapolis.

Aurélie has a passion for cooking and food styling. That’s why eating wonderful food in a beautiful environment with a fabulous ambiance is so important to her!

«I like to pay attention to every detail to create the amazing atmosphere my customer like to enjoy».

For more than 8 years, Aurélie organized more than 300 buffets and managed several servers’ teams. She developed her ability to better understand her customers’ needs and aims to deliver beyond their expectations.

She takes great pleasure in creating new ambiances for every event and can’t wait to work on new projects!
