We have the best lamb chops in town. for two reason, First we start with the best lamb available. Our lamb comes from one farm in Colorado where the Sheep are corn fed. We then take the highest quality lamb and marinate it in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, lemon pepper and origano.

In 1966 the Nicklow brothers (Bill, Jimmy, Tony) opened their first restaurant on the U of M campus on the corner of Oak and Washingtion. As time went by they opened several more Best Steak Houses in Minnesota.
In 1970 they opened their first restaurant — nightclub in Fridley. The shorewood Inn introduced gyros to the area as well as their famous house salad that was family style, table side. These unique ideas helped the Shorewood Inn establish an esteemed reputation
Nicklow’s, the first restaurant to bear the family name opened in 1976. other restaurants, kristina’s sidewalk Café, Nicklow’s café and bar, Café Europa, Down Time and the Steak Knife soon followed
Santorini Taverna & Grill opened in St. Louis Park in 1995. The pasta bar, award winning Sunday brunch and the Ouzo Express soon became Twin Cities favorites. and now, after 14 years in St. Louis Park, Santorini has moved to Eden Prairie
