Sub Zero is an interesting and fun way to get ice cream. It’s fresh and fully customizable. Their flavors are great(best being the Birthday Cake). It’s a very different type of ice cream but it’s an experience to say the least.

The smoothies here are really awesome! I had this 1 cup of Red velvet and it was really good. I dont know how to explain it. Despite the fact that their smoothies are good, their shakes are also bad. I dont know why they do good smoothies but they do bad

My family and I have mixed feelings about Sub Zero, no pun intended! The ice cream tasted great– never had a bad experience with the flavor however sometimes the wait is extraordinary! Wish they would move to electronic mixers like what Jamba Juice uses and they would write down what was ordered. Have visited Eden Praire a few times and the new Chanhassen location twice. Both locations have MAJOR portion inconsistency– have ordered a small size of the same base type and have seen huge differences from 1 visit to next what the portion size is. Left the Chan location angry about wait and portion size the last visit on Thursday, 10−10−13. Owner was too busy and we waited 30 minutes already. Life goes on. We won’t visit Chan Sub Zero again any time soon, hope Eden Prairie improves– the idea is a great one.

This is the worst ice cream I have ever had. It is full of ice flakes, has a very artificial taste and strange texture. The waffle cone was also super stale. I wish I could get my $ 6 back.
