I’ve been here a few times throughout the years. You pass this little shop on your way up to Powder Mtn. It’s just a small shack located next to the valley market. I think they nail the super sweet drinks, but the basics could use a little work. Today I ordered a double latte while my husband ordered a Milky Way hot cocoa. His Milky Way hot cocoa was AMAZING. It was died and gone to heaven good. However, my latte was pretty mediocre. I’d only stop by and get one if I needed the caffeine and not because I was craving an espresso. The mochas and other specialty lattes are good, but I think that’s because all the sugar covers up the unimpressive espresso/coffee. It appears they brew Café Ibis which is a pretty delicious local roaster. Many of my favorite local coffee shops use this company and I’ve always enjoyed their lattes — not sure what’s different here. Bottom line, if you’re in the area your pickings are slim. I think this place is worth the stop.

The name of their shop is «coffee & cocoa» yet when I visited they were out of mexican chocolate and used chocolate flavoring in my mocha. Needless to say I was a little disappointed, particularly because their drinks come at a premium cost. On the upside the staff was really nice and there really isn’t another place in Eden to get a cup of coffee.

Stopped in for an iced coffee — had to literally make my own. The girl gave me a cup of ice and said you can pour own using the hot coffee in the Themos. Umm — watered down iced coffee — no thanks!

Great little coffee joint next to the market. Way better then the maverick across the street. Very little coffee shop. 4 peeps inside max. Didn’t notice a drive up.
