I would give this company NO stars, if I could. I called to get a taxi to take me home from the hospital ER, and I was told that taxi would be there in 15 minutes. When it did not show up after 20 minutes, I called again and was told driver was «12 – 15 minutes out.» When the taxi did not show up after 20 minutes more, I called again. but got no answer. I was able to get a taxi from another company. I will NEVER use this company, and will tell my friends the same.
