They are not reliable. Call, they promise to come and give an estimate, no show. You call again, they show up, give an estimate and a date to come and paint. Take the day off from work and they don’t show. Call, they tell you they had a different date. Call again for another job, leave message, don’t always return calls. They did another job for us, were suppose to do some outside work too wet, suppose to show up at another time, call to get the work done, give you a day they will show up, never show up. Since then, my husband and I keep calling and leaving messages, they have not returned any of these phone calls.

BBM was the lowest bidder for my condo association. They patched all the places I had water damage from all the rainstorms and hurricane. The ceiling looks great, which what I was most concerned with since it’s very high.
The guys were great, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.
It was a two day job that ended on a Friday. The second day was all painting. I wasn’t able to stick around the whole time. I arrived home after they packed up and left. In their haste, they left a mess that consisted of plastic covering and white dust everywhere. I let the owner know about the mess, so he promptly sent two guys over to clean. They were very apologetic and wanted to make it right. I was satisfied with that response.
