Sent my sister there the other day and she was equally happy.

this is a good place to get new and used tires for a good price. i have dealt with them a couple different times. got a set of used tires in good shape for about 200 for all 4, including mounting/​balancing. also got a set of brand new tires that were cheap because it was two different brands; two in the front and a different two in the back. similar tread style tho so it was fine. im not driving a new beamer or anything like that, so what do i care? the whole set was just under 500. these were tires that would have been about 150 – 175 per if bought somewhere else. getting ready to drive to california for xmas, so im heading over there to pick up a set of decent used tires for the xterra before we go. im sure they will be great. no complaints so far with these guys!

Went here yesterday to get some tires mounted and balanced on my GTI. They were half the cost of anywhere else I called and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour! I will definitely come here again to get my tires mounted and balanced. I have not purchased tires from them but I may go to them in the future. Thank you El Colorado Tire and Wheel!

I purchsed what I thought were new tires a year ago and now I’m running into problems. I’ve given them 2 stars because the guys who performed the service were ok.
I recently hit a pothole causing my tire to immidiately go flat. I went to a local tire shop to have them looked at to then find out the «New» tires I purchased at El Colorado were over 10 years old. I was purchasing these for a newer mercedes so I was looking for a great, reliable tire. After finding this out, the tire place refused to work on tires that old. After trying 3 other tire places they all said the same thing.
So Now I am stuck trying to figure out what to do after I had spent over $ 800 on tires.

I’ve used these guys any time I needed to replace tires and needed to do it quickly and cheap. They sell both new and used tires. Service is always quick and affordable! Need a quick tire fix, give them a try!

These guys are awesome! I pulled in today at 4:00 (the day before a snow storm) to find a price on replacing two bald front tires. I am planning on getting rid of the car soon, so I was looking for a cheap fix. They replaced the two bald tires and rotated the two good ones for $ 60 and I was out of there in ½ hour!

So at 5:48 on a Tuesday night, when the temperatures are below freezing and there is fresh snow on the ground, I find myself caught with a flat tire. I pull over into the Walgreens Parking lot at Sheridan & Colfax. I try calling around to a few tire places to find that they are already closed, or they closed at six. But then I tried calling Colorado Tire. They’re open until 7pm! Hooray!
So my man starts to change the tire. And then our jack handle snaps. And we’re back to square one. By now it’s 6:30. I called Colorado Tire back, asked them if they do towing, and he said no, asked where I was, and told me to sit tight. Five minutes later, a huge pickup truck pulls up next to my car, two guys jump out, pull a HUGE jack from the truck bed, and they have my car lifted and the tire changed within four minutes. I was ecstatic. I drove on down to their tire shop on my spare (which is full-​sized, thankfully) and handed over the flat tire, expecting to have to replace it.
They took the tire into their shop, and had it back out to me within just three minutes — it had a nail in it, and the extreme cold caused it to deflate so quickly. By this time they were packing up their outdoor signs and display tires, getting ready to close the shop. The guy who helped me out just looked at me and said, «Five bucks, please.» My jaw dropped. Five bucks? I gave him ten, just because. I mean, they came to me, put my spare on for me, fixed my flat, and swapped the tires back? For five bucks? YESSSSS! They’d charge thirty bucks just to fix the hole at Firestone. And what’s the difference? Nothing!
Now keep in mind, this place isn’t fancy. They don’t have any big bays for you to pull your car into and fancy lifts so they can pull all four tires off at once. Nope, they’re old school, do one tire at a time. But you know what? For friendly, honest service, and a good price, who needs all that fancy stuff? Thank you SO MUCH, Colorado Tire!
