TJ Maxx

One of the associates wearing a grey long sweater was the rudest person I have meet in every visit at tj max. She was arrogant and very very rude. If something was wrong she could have just talked and not give me a very bad look and very unwelcoming. I am not going back there anymore.

This TJ Maxx is OK, but isn’t really worth the visit. The shelves are always rummaged through, it’s messy and they don’t have a good stock. Their line is always insanely long and the staff doesn’t seem to ever do anything about it. I love TJ Maxx but would avoid this on at all cost.

This TJ Maxx is one of, if not the best in the tristate area.
They have an ample runway section with designer deals and finds. I took off a star for quality control. I purchased an Emilio Pucci sweater dress, and when the cashier removed the security tag it left a whole in the sweater. Same goes for a pair of Tods loafers and Valentino pumps. A further discount wasn’t offered, nor an apology. Framingham needs to pay attention to this. Regular training and store audits are needed.
They have the best selection of pet toys compared to other off-​priced retailers in the area
Overall, the staff and management here are friendly and attentive.

I don’t know why everyone is throwing mega shade at this TJ! It’s definitely one of the cleaner and more well-​stocked locations of the chain that I’ve been too, and I always walk out with a new find.
Sure, it’s still not super organized, but that’s just the nature of the store. It’s supposed to be a mish mosh of bargain goods, and you’re there to hunt through the mounds of clothes to find something perfect. If that isn’t your style, then I suggest not hitting up TJ Maxx at all.
But, if it is your style (like mine) then the Edgewater location is a great one to frequent. There are lots of goodies to find within the racks here. On my most recent trip, I snagged a suede Tahari blazer for 50 bucks and that made me really happy. Thanks for always having my back, TJ.

This is a terrible store for any customer service. They had tagged an item with a wrong merchandise that I wanted to return, and made me feel like a criminal for asking for a refund. First of all. this rude woman Jackie lied to me that she was the store manager when she wasn’t. She said she couldn’t help me at all. I asked to have the store security camera played back for the evidence that I bought the item just the day before. She said there was no security to do that, refused to answer when he would come to the store and also refused to give me his name. She had a terrible attitude the whole time and then walked away. The next day I went back to the store to see the security, the real manager, Lauren, was there but she also had a sour face on with terrible attitude. She didn’t greet me or looked at me, but took my item and receipt and walked away mute. I see where these old miserable people get their attitude from. If you’re unhappy at your jobs, you should quit and stay away from people and anything related to customer service cus both of you suck at it.

Bullshit store. You have to wait 1 hours to buy something. Terrible service old workers and slow staff.

This location is a must visit if you like discounted designer items but Bloomingdales Outlet store has better selection in general.

During the work week, this place is full of well-​off wives who are trying to get their hands on designer goods at a discount price. And this group tends to be very competitive when you’re talking about trying to get your hands on a Missoni dress or a pair of Comme Les Garcons culottes.

been going to this tjmaxx for years. yes, you can get some good deals but customer service here it is the worst! this past saturday i forgot my galaxy s5 cell phone in the ladies room, within seconds it was gone! security had left, i had to call the police as i have soo many family photos and videos as we all. one of the assistant managers was very helpful the other very tall and blond, didnt even care, i wasnt about to make a scene, but someone took my cell and got away with it. im going back and i want them to check the video i will call the police again, i know it is my fault i forgot, i also know it is not tjmaxx fault some woman found it and didnt return it, but I STRONGLY FEEL they could have help me a lot more!!!

Like a typical tjmaxx. You get what you pay for. Discount items. Unorganized. Hot mess isles. Always such a long line.
You really need patience to shop here. If you are going with your partner one of you guys should jump on the line when your almost done shopping so that you can cut some time.

It’s really hard to shop here during the holidays. Everything is all over the place and there is not enough staff here to help out. The bathrooms could be cleaner.

Place is big. Try to get there early because it’s gets full especially on the weekends. If u can go during the week, less people
Parking is not a problem.

Yes, you can find good buys here. IF you have a few hours of your life to throw away between digging through the messy unorganized store and waiting on the guaranteed 30 minute line. It doesn’t matter when you get there, it’s the same all day. The cashiers are constantly chatting with each other in Spanish as if they could care less. The Manager is right back there chatting along with them so again, no recourse.
I actually took the time to call corporate while on the line and was ON HOLD for 36 minutes while STILL waiting on line. So there is no hope.
Shop at another TJ Maxx, this one is a succubus.

This location is not too bad. It can be a bit of a mess at times but it is much more organized than the locations in NYC. Although I have never found any good clothing, I do find great deals on the candles and home goods here. The lines are usually long but there are several open registers.

Eh Its TJs You know what to expect. This location could use a new manager I think as its often disorganized. OK parking. Not my fav TJs, but it can sometimes be a good place to stop.

TJ Maxx… the store I want to resist going into but can’t
Getting clothes here is a good call if your on a low budget… however it is a mission to find what your looking for.
It’s like an indoor flee market that’s less organized to say the least
However I always wind up purchasing that one one inexpensive item that I keep for years here every time I enter the store.
Today I found a dress I wanted to buy and a cute belt to go along with it… when I went to the fitting room the lady in charge wouldn’t allow me to bring the belt in with me which kinda annoyed me.
The bathrooms today were also disgusting.
No matter what day or time it is. the check out line here are ALWAYS super long and the cashiers don’t move quick at all. So I wouldn’t suggest coming here at all if your in a rush.
All and all. I have a love/​hate relationship with this place

I have a love/​hate relationship with TJ Maxx/Marshall’s. This store seems to have long lines no matter the time of day or day of the week. Waiting and waiting in line is just something you’ve got to be prepared to do. Luckily, they line the checkout area with lots of little knick knacks to occupy your time. I’m made plenty of last minute purchases.
I’ve found that their selection has gotten worse over the years. I’m still able to find some goodies in various departments but on the whole it’s been a steady decline.
A few more staff members to organize the floor and man the registers and this place would improve drastically. But I guess I’ll just keep on dreaming!

Dirtiest store ever. YES THEYRE SUPER DUPER CHEAP. but you have to hunt and peck for something you want.

So crowded and not organized. I don’t get pleasant feeling whenever I walk in this location. I don’t know where the problem starts but it’s just so disorganized.
Additionally inventory isn’t that great either. Kitchen sale section is filled with broken stuffs, cannot understand how they are trying to sell those.

What a sh*t show. I can’t believe what an absolute filthy mess this place is!
Sure, TJ Maxx is a great place to find bargains, but how can you find anything in a place that looks like it just got robbed?
I love bringing my little doggie around shopping, and I’ve never been told (not even by this one, until today) that there are no dogs allowed (a sign is posted at the front making an exception for service animals– which would be illegal to exclude anyway). I already hated this place but was simply accompanying my mother– it looks like she’s going to have to go alone for good from now on. FYI, no other TJ Maxx has ever said anything about not being able to carry a dog in. If it’s for «sanitary» purposes– they should start by cleaning up all the dirty, half-​eaten or already-​opened pieces of garbage food they got laying around everywhere. It’s disgusting. My dog’s behind is cleaner than the cleanest corner of this pigsty. T’was my last straw. Screw you Edgewater Commons’ TJ Maxx!
