History

Established in 1990.

On August 28th 1972, I arrived at JFK Airport from Al’Italia Flight 610 at age fourteen. That following morning, I went to work with my Father Angelo at my Uncle Vito’s bakery in Cliffside Park. Since then, I watched my family and learned the trade through keen observation. I always had the dream of someday opening up my own bakery.

In the 90’s I successfully established my own business in Edgewater NJ with my wife Francesca. We specialize in a full line of deluxe Italian/​American specialties. Rum Cake, Lobster Tails, Miniature Pastries, Tiramisu, specialized Birthday Cakes, Cookie Trays, Cannoli’s, twelve flavors of Biscotti, Napoleon Cakes, Homemade Ice Cream Cakes, Tartufo, Spumoni.
