I own a rowhome in Federal Hill and after the recent hurricanes and heavy rain in the summer/​fall, we had some damaged siding and leaks coming through different areas in the roof and windows. I contacted various contractors to obtain quotes for the different work we needed to get done. Our main costs were for siding and flashing to be installed, some of the aluminum siding had been ripped off in the storms and needed replacement, and we needed our top story windows caulked from the outside. When I reached out to Garner Roofing, the owner, Dave, came to the house immediately and gave a free in-​home estimate. He was very professional and diligent in providing us the information we needed as well as a cost breakdown. We were quoted at $ 2400 (which we talked down from $ 2600) for the repairs from a contractor our friends used. Dave came back with a more reasonable quote of $ 695. Although it took a few weeks to get the work scheduled, I am happy with the job Garner Roofing completed. He is highly rated on the BBB and also offers a one year warranty. He also notified me throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the work before sending the invoice. I will be sure to use Garner again and fully recommend his services!
