By combining over 15 years of residential and investment real estate experience with my previous background in elementary education, I successfully represent first time home buyers and sellers as well as the more experienced client. I believe strongly in educating my clients on the entire process and current market conditions so that they can make the best decision possible on their new home, investment or sale.

With over 15 yrs. residential real estate and investment property experience in addition to a solid understanding of what it takes to rehab, manage and maintain those investment properties Brian has built a successful career representing buyers, sellers and investors.
By combining his real estate experience and market knowledge with his previous background in elementary education he successfully represents first time home buyers and sellers as well as the more experienced client. He believes strongly in educating his clients on the process and the market so that they can make the best decision possible on their new home, investment or sale.
Brian graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with degrees in English/Communication and also received his teaching license from Augsburg College. He married an elementary art teacher and they live in Southwest Minneapolis.
