A strong appreciation of residential architecture is what attracted Espen to real estate. He enrolled at the Hennepin Technical School of Carpentry and graduated on the Deans List with top honors. Not long after that, Espen realized he wanted to be more involved in all aspects of real estate and began investing in residential properties in and around the metro area.
