Business Owner

Melanie Richards is our founder and attended the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis where she trained in skin care, color theory and the intricacies of makeup and styling. She went on to earn «makeup artist» status with the well-​known brands: NARS, MAC and Smashbox. Her outstanding «looks» have appeared in top Twin Cities magazines and on national television. To further her knowledge in beauty and skin care, she sought advanced certification from the nation’s leading sunless tanning manufacturers, and has created her own signature sunless tanning techniques, inspired by the best in the industry.

Driven by her passion for beauty and recognizing a void in the market, Melanie founded goGLOW On the Go in 2010. goGLOW On the Go provides a custom airbrush tanning service that travels to the comfort of client’s homes. The wide success of goGLOW On the Go led to the opening of three goGLOW locations in Edina (50^th and France), Minneapolis and Woodbury, Minnesota.
