This J. Crew is my favorite location, but it is nice nonetheless. The employees are very helpful, honest (especially when telling you how something looks), and seem to enjoy their jobs (which is refreshing). The men’s section is pretty decent in size and they tend to keep everything stocked well (their clearance section is incredibly small if that’s something you look forward to). I would recommend this store over a lot of the others, but it isn’t perfect.

The staff are stuck up. They don’t offer to help. When you do approach them they appear uninterested in selling their product. I have had better customer service at Walmart.

Hands down the best J Crew in the TCs area. The store is large and always well kept. The staff are always helpful and honest when you ask how something looks (and ready with a suggestion for a better fitting option).

If I could buy the entire catalog of any brand, it would hands down be J. Crew. The wedding section is too much for me to handle sometimes. Holy moly gorgeous.
For realzies, this is my favorite J. Crew in the area, especially due to the fact my favorite associate Anthony Chow works there (please stop and read, meow:
). Anthony is wonderful, and always finds some great options for me and the mumsy to try on.
Other than Anthony, this location is superb, due to the selection of merchandise. The J. Crew on grand is a favorite of mine as well, but I more often make it to this location, as it is more convenient.
Tip to the college students and teachers: You get 15% off all non-​sale purchases! Sometimes, they will even give you it on sale if you’re lucky. Also, this location will sell out of new merch REALLY fast, so don’t hesitate to buy and then return if you realize it’s not for you.
