Waited an hour for my boyfriend to get his hair cut and the woman took less than 10 minutes to cut his hair. She did a horrible job. She missed parts and didn’t take her time at all. For a haircut that cost over $ 18.00 this was nowhere near the quality that was expected. Never coming here again, horrible service.

Not satisfied wanted trim and showed picture was totally disappointed cut was way to short trusted the stylist to do right by me. Never again!,

My hair is easy, so my review is based on cleanliness and friendliness. Both out of this world. Jazz is a pro — kind, attentive, and asked me to return. 5 stars!

Supposed to be open until 9pm, was told at 8m in an unprofessional manner that they where closed.

Was touring the Mall of America on a road trip when my brother decided it was an appropriate time to get an out of state haircut. The stylist who helped him, Dani, was a real gem and a true professional. She had him looking all sorts of handsome in the time I went to get coffee for us. You never know what to expect from a budget chain in a mall but Dani blew us away. He’s still in love. Girl, move to Seattle and you’ve got some loyal customers lined up. Holla.

This one is for the ladies who get eyebrow waxes … :)
I’ve been here twice now and both the girls did a FAB job.
That being said, I used to work in a very professional and upscale salon as a receptionist for 4 years. I got great discounts, and had the same person doing my hair and eyebrows for that long. Now that I moved away, I’m having a hard time finding a place that will do a good job for a decent price. I went to one unnamed high end salon and paid $ 30 for a crappy eyebrow wax. Being desparate, I decided to give Mastercuts in Southdale mall a gamble. It was cheaper (9 bucks) and the shape was perfect and she did an outstanding job. (It’s not easy to do mine, and I liked them better than the woman who did them for years). I will continue to come back for those. Hair color and cuts, I’m probably willing to spend a little more to find a quality salon to get those things done. but if you get your eyebrows done and want a good price, try it. I was not disappointed at all.
