At Paragon Pilates and Physical Therapy, our staff is highly skilled and will help you achieve your full potential.

We offer private and duet Pilates sessions and specialty Pilates classes in classical and rehabilitative Pilates as well as Pilates with Physical Therapy. We also offer classes featuring work on the Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wall Units, Orbit and ExoChair.

If you are suffering from pain or injury, don’t struggle through your day. The physical therapists at Paragon are highly skilled in treating sports or orthopedic conditions. We specialize in overuse injuries and osteoarthritic conditions. We can also help patients who have plateaued with other therapies.

Paragon Pilates and Physical Therapy is excited to offer dance medicine to the Twin Cities dance community. If you are an injured dancer or are looking for top-​notch dance conditioning, Paragon is uniquely qualified to address your needs. We will get you back to dancing quicker than traditional rehabilitation routes.

Paragon Pilates & Physical Therapy also offers the highest quality Pilates Instructor Training and CoreAlign Training through one of the world leaders in the industry, Balanced Body Education. Our program is part of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Registry of Schools and teaches both the classical and rehabilitative aspects of Pilates. All courses are approved for ACE credit.

History

Established in 2009.

Paragon started with a very quaint studio in Edina, MN before moving to their current location in 2010. Cari and Rhondi (owners) have expanded their staff to include 2 physical therapists and 8 pilates instructors.

Meet the Business Owner

Rhondi M. and Cari S.

Business Owner

Rhondi Miller (left) has 21 years of experience treating injured athletes as well as general orthopedic patients, and is well known for her expertise in treating gymnasts & dancers. She is a board-​certified Sports Physical Therapist, a PMA certified Pilates Instructor, and provided physical therapy at the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City.

In addition to being a Pilates Master Teacher, Cari Riis Stemmler (right) has an extensive background in both yoga and dance. She has had a career as a professional dancer working with various companies in LA & Mpls., and trained with the prestigious Harkness Center for Dance in Dance Medicine. She has worked with professional athletes, dancers, and those with specific injuries.
