If I had only read these reviews first! Too bad we can’t give negative stars. Took forever to schedule an appointment. Kept calling and emailing. I never actually spoke to anyone. They emailed and set up an appointment day/​time and asked for my Living Social voucher number. Well, it’s 4pm, they were scheduled for 2pm and never showed. I tried calling and emailing and NADA! Complete waste of time. This is the second time I have tried to book a cleaning serve through Living Social. The fist company would never return my calls and now this. I have my deal bucks credit though — great. I guess I would warn others away from both Clean Your Space For You and Living Social at this point. Very disappointed.

I usually don’t write too many reviews. but I had the SAME experience as the others.
Couldn’t get a hold of them for several calls. Finally call them and schedule something. and I needed to reschedule on my end. They didn’t return my calls until I started texting them. Finally they call me back the night before the original appointment and they reschedule me.
The day of the reschedule, they text me to tell me that they have to cancel because of an emergency. ANOTHER EMERGENCY? how often can someone’s car break down???
Then when I try to reschedule, takes another episode spanning 3 days of calling, voicemails, voice mailboxes being full, text unanswered. etc. And I get a rescheduled date.
Today was the rescheduled date. No one showed up at 9am. Still no response from them even though i have at least 2 numbers of theirs.
What is their problem?!
Thank God Livingsocial gave me a refund in the form of Deal bucks. not ideal. but it’s something. Tho I don’t know what I would have encountered had my deal expired already…

BEWARE??? I had the SAME EXACT experience as the other reviewers. Honestly, it feels like a scam to me. Makes me wonder if they get paid by GROUPON before they complete the cleaning. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. It sickens me to give even 1 star… they deserve negative stars.

We purchased thru Groupon and my wife set up an appt for a Thursday in mid-​Oct. The purchase was specifically for this date as we had friends visiting the weekend of Oct 24^th. I work from home, and the date comes and they’re late — so I call and they say that we had the date wrong and its scheduled in November. I said that was absolutely untrue. After giving the woman a bunch of grief, I had no real option but to accept.
So, The next date comes in November… and they’re late again. I call and she (the dispatcher) says that «they came by, but nobody was home and they left a note in door». Again, I work from home and had not left all day and nobody had come… and there was no note on the door. I asked why they wouldn’t have called as they had my number. She had no answer, but said she was going to call, find out wat happened and see «if they were still in the area and call me back». Of course, she never called back. Incredible. Again, this has SCAM written all over it.
Note that there are multiple numbers for dispatch– one 201 and another 732 area code. This allows them to play a game of «the other person did this». BEWARE!!!

Thanks for wasting my time! I feel like an idiot that I did not come on here and check out this company BEFORE buying a deal through Living Social. People would not answer me then did not show up. I am beyond pissed right now. Living Social will now only refund me via a credit through their site because it’s past 7 days since I bought it. What a bunch of horse sh*t, how am I supposed to trust another vendor???

Exactly like the other reviews say — They never show up even after they reschedule the appointment. Complete waste of time.

Truly horrible experience. Made an appointment, confirmed the appointment, called 3 times and spoke with them the day of the appointment and they kept assuring me that someone was coming and no one ever showed. Then, they managed to do the same thing on the date we rescheduled! I wish I could figure out which name they’ll change their company to so I can write this review on that page too because they are a disgusting business that I would rather pay people not to use then to ever have someone consider working with them. This has also stopped me from using Groupon as I can’t trust their quality after having a company like this on their site.

Please do not trust this company to show up. I booked them through a groupon. I called them as instructed to book an appointment. I even confirmed the morning of my appointment. They never bothered to show up or call to cancel. I left many messages including voice mails and text messages. When someone actually did pick up, I told them who I was and they hung up on me. This is an unprofessional company and I would think twice about letting them into your home.

ok, here’s my story. i was going in for surgery so decided to treat myself and get the house cleaned. bought a groupon for a company called Clean Spaces. I paid for three hours of deep spring cleaning and got 2 hours and she didn’t even move things to clean under or behind them. told me that they couldn’t because of insurance. Please tell me how they can do a deep cleaning without moving a picture or vase to polish behind it. And it wasn’t even polished. she wiped the whole house with the same damp rag. that’s just dusting not deep cleaning! What she DIDN’T do: empty the garbage, clean light fixtures, sweep the whole house and mop, clean the toilet, etc.
this woman, who claimed she was in charge, cleaned worse than I do and I have a broken shoulder!!!
