This location has a clean environment. It’s always busy and parking can be crazy, but that’s due to the surrounding stores sometimes. The staff is friendly and only on rare occasions has the order been incomplete from a new trainee which happens, so that won’t effect my rating.

Better than the other Dunkin Donuts in Edison. You have to try their apple crumb and their toasted coconut donuts. My god they are so good. There is always people hanging out in thier speaking to the owner or the manager. Little unprofessional but all in all I cant judge the quality of the food vs the people that are hanging around speaking «their» language. You live in the USA speak English.

Good service and they had glazed munchkins that were out at a different DD. Place looked clean inside (not super sparkling bright-​white clean, but clean enough). The selections looked like it was less than other DD but I was only looking for 1 kind and they had it so I’m satisfied. The price was ~$ 8.50 for 50 munchkins.

Someone might say, why is this girl giving Dunkin Donuts a 5… Well my friend, they have the best customer service skills than any other DD I have been too. I go here in the afternoon for a coffee run. I usually have about 6 – 10 orders (yes…my co-​workers get sleepy around 3pm). I forget his name, but one of the employees always takes my orders, which I usually have written down on a piece of paper to make his life a little bit easier. He’s so efficient and so nice! If you want good customer service, come to this DD!
