I’m not sure why people hate this one so much, but it’s not bad. It’s better than the one up the street in highland park, but it’s definitely slow. If you go in, they make you wait while they take care of the drive through people which can be annoying. At least the guy I just had take my order apologized for making me wait.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This dunkin donuts never fails to screw up my drink. When asked «with milk and sugar?» I usually assume my drink will be remotely sweetened. I order French vanilla lattes often and my coffee almost always tastes watered down. When making a latte it’s made with steamed MILK and espresso! Not water and some coffee from the coffee pot!

I probably would give this place 2 stars, for the subpar customer service, but it gets 3 because the drive thru is convenient enough for when I need something quick for work (just make sure you’re not already running late… they have a sixth-​sense for that and the wait can be 5 minutes for a coffee). The other reason for 3 stars is that after a certain time (I’m thinking after 8:00 PM) they start giving away their excess donuts. The last two times I’ve gone for a donut and hot chocolate, they’ve given me two or three extra, no charge. So if anyone wants free donuts and you don’t care what kind they are, try asking for one after 8:00 PM :)

I popped in here Saturday morning for a quick bagel and coffee. That was a mistake. I had to wait 18 minutes for my food, while the manager tried to train new employees. Perhaps sometime during the evening would be better when you aren’t so busy Mr. Manager. What a disaster.

This is absolutely the worst customer service and drive thru that I’ve ever encountered. We ordered drive thru for 3 coffees and the person making it gave us two and yelled at us saying that she already asked us what we wanted and that we were wrong about our order. I can understand miscommunication over poor quality sound from the drive thru, but there is nothing correct about the workers’ attitudes here.

It’s a DD with the exception of it being a gas station and a convenience store. This location also sports a drive thru which has been convenient when your still in PJs. Like most drive thrus, «4 or more, order in store». This is the option my wife and I use most. Depending who is working service and orders have been good, to your order being completely off causing you to wait longer and causing a traffic jam at the drive thru. Not great, but not bad either.

The donuts are sometimes fresh, seems like they don’t bake it in the store… And instead get it delivered. And also they get drive-​thru orders wrong with the coffees. I wish they had better management…

I stop into this location as its the closest to the parkway so its convenient. Its obviously a franchise so most things are standard. However, this location is not always the cleanest and appears to be more expensive than others in the area. Only stop in if its convenient, otherwise there are other capable places.

0 stars… This DD is the worst that I’ve been! Overcharged for dozen bagels above receipt price n double charged for creamcheese when bagels should of came with it! Bad service and wrong orders. The employees have major attitudes

This Dunkin Donuts is great if you’re in a rush. They have a drive thru, so instead of having to park the car and go inside to order, you can conveniently go through the drive thru and save yourself some time.
