This shop only sells Smoothies and Bubble Teas as it their main items. They have tons of flavors to choose from. When I come here I always have a tough time choosing what I want to order. Most times I choose the special listed for the day. I usually go for the coconut with jelly smoothie. I always choose the smoothies because the ice makes it taste better than the bubble tea. That’s just my preference but nothing against the bubble tea which is good too but the smoothie is that way to go. This is one of my stops when I’m in the Edison Area. You can’t bring food from the outside which is understandable. They should maybe sell some pastries to go with the drinks. Also, There is no bathroom so don’t count on using it if you are here.

In recent months, I’ve become regularly disappointed by the apathetic attitude and stingy manner in which this business is run. Quality of bubble tea has gone down, while prices have risen. Pretty bummed because this place used to be one of my favorites. :/This place needs some drastic changes if they want to stay competitive with other bubble tea spots in the area.

Quality has gotten worse over the years. Asked the employee tonight before ordering if the tapioca was fresh(the last few times we went it wasn’t) and she empathically said yes. Got our Jasmine green milk teas with tapioca and not only were the tapioca old and stale, we got black tea instead of green. Tonight was the last straw, we will not be returning to this place. P. S. The owner Simon wasn’t there tonight but has been rude in the past when we asked them to remake our drink. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Tried to come here on one random Saturday in the early afternoon and they were closed… their hours obviously showed they were open on Saturdays just not the day we decided to go there. And we went out of our way to go there as well. It wasn’t a holiday or anything, they just were closed for no reason.

The best bubble tea in NJ. I drive 20 minutes just to go there. Friendly service as well!

To start off, this store looks better from the outside than inside. When you’re outside, there is a sense of imagination of the things this store could be – a reproduction of a high-class Asian coffeeshop, an Americanized café, etc. Unfortunately, the best way to describe the store’s interior is to compare it to an industrial kitchen if there were chairs and tables. Plastered on the wall are decals remaining from the Linsanity era, and the menu is difficult to find(it’s near the counter, not anywhere elevated like other areas). Moving onto the tea itself. I had ordered my default of honeydew with black bubbles, which is incredibly difficult to mess up. While the tea’s flavor was average at best — it seemed watered down compared to other ones I’ve had — this issue paled to the boba situation. Usually, these tapioca pearls provide some sort of flavor. If not, they at least maintain shape for the amusing task of chewing. These pearls offered neither. Not only was the tapioca completely flavorless, but also these pearls had a mushy consistency. It felt as if the store was desperately attempting to clear its stock of soon-to-expire tapioca. Finally, if the issues in scenery and product were not enough, this store makes your life extremely inconvenient. It is cash only, but that is not the biggest issue. Should you want to change your«ice options»(e.g. less ice, no ice), you have to pay more. Specifically, you pay $ 0.25 for«less ice»(which I can only assume is a marginal, subjective less) and $ 0.50 for«no ice.» While I do understand that ice could displace the tea, I don’t think the volume difference of no ice is enough to justify a 12.5% increase in price(a medium boba is $ 4). All in all, this place suffers from what I’d like to call Unilocal review inflation. While this may be an option for boba, it certainly is not an acceptable option for boba. I’m definitely looking elsewhere when I’m in the area.

Best bubble tea in the area. Having been coming here for 8 years now and the owners are friendly and customer focus! The bubble tea in fact is better than NYC and all the local areas I have tried. Trust me this place does not disappoint.

This is the best bubble tea place in the area. Even better then the ones I went to in Queens. Many different flavors and jellies. Has smoothies, green tea and milk tea. Of course actual boba! Even has ice cream as well. Very clean, super nice owners and always a nice place to have a refreshment or dessert.

Still the best bubble tea I know. Come here once a week sometimes more. Mango green tea with pineapple jelly is the best. Trust me. Great customer service and friendly staff.

Love it Had a great experience, friendly service. Bubble tea was good, I had the almond milk tea and vanilla chai. It is small and cozy, definitely recommend for a lunch date. I would definitely go back because if you get their reward card you can get your 10th bubble tea free. Thank you for a great experience

Visited this place last night. I thought it was just me but after reading through the reviews, I realized that i was not the only one that recieved poor customer service from the guy taking the order. That guy needs to either close his place down and find a new job or be the one making the drinks instead. As mentioned in other reviews, the decals inside the place does not make sense and are very cheap-looking. Even the menus are on the ghetto side. The Flavors of the drinks were not there. We ordered a taro milk tea but there was no flsvor of taro in that drink ATALL. It tasted more like a sweetened water?! I don’t even know. This place has got to go to my Top 2 of the worst milk teas I’ve ever had. I was offered a stamp card but i knew from the service alone that I would never come back so I declined. No thanks!

Bubble teas, smoothies and milk teas, iced cold drinks and hot drinks and a variety of desserts such as coconut ice cream, grean tea ice cream with red mung bean. You select your flavored drink/bubble tea and choose either grass jelly fruit or tapioca add-ons.

This is a bubble tea café in a little strip mall next to Penang on Old Post Road. If it were decorated better, I’d go all the time, as it’s very close to my house. Unfortunately, it’s all plastic furniture and vinyl wall decals that don’t even match or make sense.

Seemingly the Pumpkin Spice craze has hit, even in bubble tea spots like this place. However, as much as I love Pumpkin Spice — not so sure it should stay on their menu. Their seasoning spice mix was a little too high, and the milk tea blend lacked body and richness; basically it was too watery for my liking. The boba bubbles — have to say, I’ve had better… Fusion-Ti’s lacks some much needed sweetness to the actual boba when you chew them. I’ve been to this place numerous times, and i’ve been generally pleased with this place. They also have offerings to add different kinds of inclusions, not just boba in the tea — which i think is unique in itself.
