I have ordered take out from this place countless times. The food here is typical American Chineese if you are craving for a authentic chineese look elsewere. They are quick, prompt and open late nothing else to rave about.
There are few other chineese places but never open late like this place (1:00 AM), its really my last emergency food place.

Whenever I’m in Scotch Plains to visit my in-​laws, and we don’t feel like makind dinner, the default takeout place we use is Hot Wok. They deliver quickly, maybe because they are .4 miles from us and plus we’ve been ordering from this place since it opened 10 plus years ago.
They have good chicken fried rice. I love their orange chicken, which is crispy and saucy. Lo mein isn’t bad either. My brother in-​law eats ribs, its ok. They have great sweet n sour chicken, which is really hard to mess up anyway. Overall, a great chinese take out place.
