Cashier stepped out of the kiosk for a good five minutes, ignoring the line, to talk to two girls. Not to mention, the drinks always suck. They’re weirdly watery and diluted. My friends and I literally go all the way to Target or back on Lincoln, even to the starbucks in Macy’s to avoid this awful starbucks. Like it’s a drink, how do you mess up this bad?

One of the slowest Starbucks locations that I’ve been at. The barista that took my order looked like she was going to fall asleep and after saying I would like to use my gold card reward she forgot and swiped my card using the cash on the card. After reiterating that I had a reward she looked at me as if it was such an inconvenience so I said it’s fine. After waiting for 10 – 15 minutes I finally got my drink. Poor customer service and long wait– will not return.

I was in the mall the other day and I was waiting for my eyeglasses to be done so I decided to go to this Starbucks which is located inside the bookstore near cheese cake factory. The atmosphere is very good but you won’t find a comfy sofa, so if you’re planning to stay for longer period of time, It’s not the best place. The service was excellent however, they don’t have pay by your phone technology or even by using your Starbucks card. I ordered a chai latte, it didn’t really taste that good it felt like The milk chai ratio is not well done.

Whenever I’m in the Menlo Park Mall, it means I am in some kind of desperate moment. I hate shopping. I hate malls. And I hate pretty much everyone who shops in malls. And while the Menlo Park Mall is one of the more bearable malls to shop in in New Jersey, it doesn’t change the fact that I don’t like being there. Only two things can ease my pain of being at the Menlo Park Mall: a stiff drink or two at Champps, or a triple espresso drink at Starbucks.(And sometimes both.) Starbucks comes in handy because it pumps me full of energy, powering my ability to rampage shop, and get in and out as quickly as possible. This Starbucks location really isn’t different from any other, except that it is a small stand in the middle of the food court, and not a full-blown standalone store; which really shouldn’t matter if all you need is a caffeine fix. Baristas range from competent and efficient, to competent but slow, and I tend to always come during the latter shift. Nevertheless, they serve their purpose and give me the energy to punch my way through the crowds of idiot shoppers around me.

I have been putting this review off for a very long time, but after my experience this morning, I’m done. If it was possible to give no stars, that’s what this place would get. I have been working on and off in this mall for the last 12 years and this is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It has steadily gone downhill ever since Patrick left many years ago. I swear that this is either the new hire training location, or where they put associates that are on their way out and just no longer give a damn about service. I’ve waited at least a half an hour in a line of MAYBE5 – 10 people without getting close to the register and have had to leave the line so I wasn’t late for work. THIS is the Starbucks that made me quit going to every Starbucks unless I’m in a bind. To the baristas: please go over to the Bridgewater Mall location and learn how to do your jobs efficiently and with precision. I’ve never waited line at that location for more than 10 minutes on an average day in lines that rival ones on Black Friday. Get with the program.

Little kiosk Starbucks. They are very busy. Nonetheless, the line moves pretty quickly though. Always get my Starbucks refill here(Yay for Starbucks rewards) and they don’t give me a hard time. A good, easy to find Starbucks in the middle of the food court. Just wished the way they served your drink would be more efficient. There is usually a mob of people waiting near the serving area.

Always quick and courteous, regardless of how busy they get. Located in the food court, so it does get a lot of traffic. Nothing out of the ordinary, but again, when paying $ 5 for a caramel macchiato, I would hope it’s served with a smile!

There is always a line here, and the service isn’t great. They’re too quiet when they call out your order, which in a busy mall food court isn’t helpful. I only really go here when we’re at the mall and are seriously hitting a wall of tired. Otherwise, I wouldn’t visit this Starbucks at all.

I love this location. They always seem to get my order just right. Even my boyfriend started to be converted from a Dunkin Donuts guy to Starbucks. Coming to this location however, is all about timing. It is in the food court of Menlo Park Mall, so when there’s a line, it tends to be a long line. My go to drinks are the Refresh Hot Green Tea, The unsweetened ice green tea, and a soy, decaf, caramel latte.

Serious cup of coffee. They have also enhanced the seating area by taking away a few of the tables towards the back left section of the coffee shop. The bar that runs against the window is amazing. Shame all you see is a car full of cars. Anyways they are Derek Foreal!

Just like any other Starbucks. the outdoor seating is better than the one by the other mall(this one i call menlo starbucks, the other is woodbridge starbucks). this does not have a comfy seat to sit on like many do like the one on rt 1 by the other mall, but does have the bar seating in front of the window like the ones in the city. in that 5 mile radius, this is the fastest serving starbucks.

There is a new employee that has been recently hired. She was very rude and I work in this mall so its not like I dont know how to order at starbucks. I asked for a grande coffee and she said«A grande what» with a very big attitude. I have seen her working there with very little patience and it shows that she obviously does not enjoy working in the food industry. She should leave if she cannot work with customers. She is always frustrated and takes her anger out on the customers. I would only go to this location if she is not working
