History

Established in 2005.

Taste of Crete was created as a reflection of Esther Luongo Psarakis’ love of the people, culture, and food of Greece. She met and married her Greek husband, and many trips to Greece later started her company to share with everyone the healthy and delicious foods of Greece.

Taste of Crete Olive Oil has a flavor that rivals butter in any recipe. Taste of Crete Greek Cookies are an inspiration from her mother in law who taught her to bake the family recipes in her kitchen in Crete.

Taste of Crete features the healthy Mediterranean Diet which has been consumed in Greece for centuries and is recommended by many physicians and experts today.
