Established in 1963.

The Mironov Group, LLC, began as Mironov and Company, when Danny Mironov founded the firm in 1963 and opened its first office in Milltown, NJ. At the time, Mironov and Company provided accounting and tax services to a variety of industries. Through the years, the firm experienced several mergers enabling the firm to expand its depth and breadth of industry expertise.

In October 2011, the firm developed a new brand identity and became The Mironov Group. The name change supported the firm’s strategic decision to recognize its teams of industry specialists who are dedicated to serving the unique needs of clients within the real estate industry, automotive dealerships, the healthcare profession and other closely held businesses. Our current offices are firmly rooted in Edison in Middlesex County, NJ and serves New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
