I went to VapeL1fe for the first time in a couple years ago and they quickly became my go-​to vape shop. With vape shops popping up all over the place, I still go to VapeL1fe anytime I need something, whether is a new mod, juice or a rebuild. Their staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. Sometimes I go there early before work to pick up juice and there is one female employee (not sure what her name is) who is very friendly and knowledgable about vaping. When I needed a new mod she suggested the Sigelei 75w temp control mod and I couldn’t be happier with it. I was in the market for a sub-​ohm tank and didn’t know much about them so I asked her what she thought and gave me the pluses and minuses of each, then she suggested the Freemax Starre tank which is GREAT. Now my build is awesome. Back when I had an RDA, I would go there for rebuilds and there was one employee that really knows how to build a perfect coil and give me exactly what I wanted. Their house juices are reasonably priced and there’s A LOT to choose from. I have my favorites that I love. All these reasons are why I will continue my patronage there. I going to buy a new mod soon and I know exactly where to go.

The service was subpar. I was surprised that when I brought my friend they were not friendly. I did go there to get the coil built for my dripper. The guy was able to give me different coil building options. I got the clapton build on my dripper. Was satisfied with the build, I paid $ 13. Wish service was a little better.

Great place. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Convenient location, great selection and prices. Definitely recommended

First time in the shop today and it is beautiful!
Clean, organized and very appealing to the eye!
When I walked in I was greeted immediately by a young lady. She helped me with exactly what I wanted and needed. Offered me the loyalty program.
It was a Fast easy and smooth transaction.
The ONLY thing that turned me off is there was a gentleman sitting at the desk with his feet up and shoes off. I PROMISE nobody wants to see that. It’s gross for a retail environment.

My father is a 100% disabled retired vet so i’m hoping you wouldn’t just say that. He served 25 years for this country’s freedom.
I thought the store was great that was just a turn off for me and again my opinion! I know you won’t care but I just won’t be back. It’s ok there are plenty of options.

Even though today is April 1 this is not a joke. I repeat this is not a joke, I stop by Vapel1fe yesterday looking for an RDA that would produce a lot of flavor. Jai Haze sold me an RDA that changed my life. It’s called the 528 Custom Goon I won’t get into the specifics you can research the RDA yourself. If you’re looking for a vape shop where there are people that know what they’re doing this is the go to place.

So I decided to upgrade from the IPVD2 to a IPV5 and the search began and I couldn’t decide weather to order online or pop up at a local store. I didn’t want to give any of my hard earned money to just any store (((In Manville/​Somerville, NJ high priced and incompetent with a splash of retardation))) so decide maybe I should find a reputable place and long behold I found Vapel1fe. The store is fully stocked I mean WOW! The one thing that I like the most is how awesomely dark but not too dark it is in the store, it sort of sets the mood for relaxation when deciding on a purchase.
I was approached out of the darkness by a soft speaking woman by the name of M, she was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. So in the end I made my purchase and was happy with it. The price was fare compared to other stores so anyone looking to make a purchase, check them out.

My husband and I had originally bought Kangertechs from another establishment and weren’t really happy with them. We were looking to upgrade our mod boxes. We had done extensive research on the Internet to find a good shop in the area where we could go to for all of our vape needs.
After reading rave reviews, we decided to spend our money at Vapelife yesterday (I purchased a Tesla Invader III, my husband purchased a Snow Wolf limited edition). Nick helped us set up two completely new mods. Even though it was an expensive purchase, nick was really helpful and answered all of our questions.
After charging the batteries last night we were getting our mods ready for the day. I as having trouble inserting the batteries into my Tesla. We went back to Vapelife today to see what the issue was. Em was super helpful and she showed me some tips and tricks to help me insert the batteries without killing my hands (she has the same device I have).
All in all, the staff at Vapelife are extremely knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We will definitely return.

This shop has been on my radar for awhile to visit and see what they have to offer. After seeing that the manager/​owner (?) responded to any negative comments here and seeing their website I decided today was the day.
Just so you know, I work in a Project Management/​Customer Service role so I am very sensitive to customer service. Not that I am singularly more sensitive to good or bad customer service than anyone else but the bar is set pretty firmly with me. If service is good I return and give them my money, if it’s bad, they never get any of it. No bashing or rants. Just no patronage. That being said I found the personnel helpful and the variety of items they stock impressive.
I was greeted by (a very enthusiastic) Nick as well as helped by the very attractive and knowledgable Sapphire. They were both pleasant and made suggestions and offered opinions on some of the items I was looking at. The place seems well run.
The only constructive criticisms are that the display cases are a bit overstocked with items which made it hard to discern some of the items within groups but this could simply be matter of space. They do carry more than any shop I’ve been to so far. They really have anything you could possibly want. The other thing is it is dark, dark, dark in the store. When you walk in from outside you can’t see anything for a couple of seconds before your eyes adjust. A strange thing to comment on, but, yeah. You’ll see what I mean if you go there. Lastly, pricing. Pricing I found to be a bit higher than some of the other shops I’ve gone to somewhere in the 10% range. Not terrible, but that’s my opinion from my experience. Certainly not enough to keep from going there. I can write off as a «have it now» tax.
So if you want to go to a shop that has good service and more than likely has anything you could possibly be looking for I can recommend VapeL1fe without hesitation.

The first day I went in here I bought a tvf4mini. It leaked immediately. The woman behind the counter said there was a 0% chance the tank could be defective. Upon googling I found hundreds of complaints referencing defective tv4minis. Went back the next day different woman exchanged it for me and said it looked like a defective O-​ring. Nice place. good service. Still a customer.

Very satisfied with this Vape shop. The staff is very friendly and helpful, Saffire even remembered my name after the first time I was there. I usually stop in once a week to pick up some juice. They have a great selection and testers for every flavor I want to try, which is not the case for some other shops I’ve been to.

I have been to a lot of stores. I have bought liquids and vapes from a lot of different places. Thank you God for sending me to this store. The staff is the best. They are so helpful. And knowledgeable. Their prices are unbelievable. I will never buy anything else in any of the other store. This is my new place to go to when I need anything for my vape. Love my new tank. My second time going to the store. And I couldn’t be happier. When I went to the other stores to buy juice they used to sell me what they thought was good and they would let me smell it for a quick second. I have three bottles of juice sitting in my house that I will never use because they taste disgusting. At Vape4life I did not feel rushed or confused I left with three bottles of juice. That they made sure I was going to enjoy. I’m vaping with one of them right now and it’s delicious. For anybody that’s reading this go there first because if you go anywhere else you’re only wasting your time and money.

Very poor service, walked in and there were 5 employees working behind this small counter. Took at least 15 min to get any type of help (must of been a busy day in the vape shop). Once I got help I felt like I was a bother to the employee just asking basic questions about the MODS and juices. This vape shop and the employees made me feel very uncomfortable and I will not be visiting this shop again.

What a huge selection of mods & tanks this place has! I’ve been to a lot of vape shops in NJ and this place is definitely got the rest beat as far as selection of devices. Tried a bottle of their in house juice ‘Venom’ and it was pretty good.

Decided to stop smoking cigs after smoking for a good 6 years. My girl bought me a vape for my birthday to start the process, but the juice she got me wasn’t really doing it for me (her choice). Walked in today after work, hearing only good things about this place I figured I’d give it a look. Chief greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed help with anything. Let him know the situation and how I basically am new to vaping. He patiently let me try a few different flavors (all while business was picking up on a Friday night) and he really nailed it with the Serial juice. Haven’t stopped since I got in the car. Also after I got the juice, we talked about my setup. He basically told me the tank I was using wasn’t letting my mod reach its full potential. Which I had also heard from other people and websites. I’m always open to suggestions especially since I’m new to this and he hooked me up with a nice tank that is noticeably better than what I originally had, while also being at the same price. Overall awesome place, will definitely be coming back for juices (especially that snickerdoodle one I tried), and for any other upgrades. Keep up the great work!

EDIT: Previous review stated I had an experience that left something to be desired and we were generally not fans of the shop. No one was rude and we didnt have some outrageously awful experience. It just didn’t feel like they catered to new, uninformed customers. While this information IS still accurate for our first visit, after speaking extensively with the owner we are willing to give the shop another try and I will be revisiting my review after I do so. The owner was genuinely concerned about our experience and went through great lengths to try and remedy the issue. I have faith that upon our return, we will have a better experience all together.

Customer service unlike other shops in the area. Super knowledgable. Friendly. Enjoyed the two hours that flew by just picking their brains. A newbie to vaping who was completely satisfied with the experience. Had a blast. Great flavors. Huge selection. Above all, They treated me like a king. I recommend this place to anyone starting out. I just had to write a review about this place great service!!! A guy with a bald head didnt get his name unfortunatly helped me patiently to search through at least 10 flavors to find my flavor or choice i bought three bottle a little bit more pricey then amazon but worth every penny!!! Warm and inviting as soon as i walked in to the store well organized neat clean and trendy this location in edison is EXTREMY easy to miss but well worth the U-​TURN !!!

This place is awesome, you walk into a cave that smells amazing, it’s like a different world. Everyone there is so understanding and eager to help. They have the most amazing selection of vg juice which is perfect for me as I hate cheap pg juice. They have pax that I purchased for u hubby and he loves it. Thanx guys! Will be back!

Sold me a device that wouldn’t even work — came back and was told that I should buy something else and then tried telling me the chamber they sold me wouldn’t work on the new device so I needed that replaced too — I walked out and I plan to never fucking return. The owner is pushy and rude and the sales girl flat out lies. BUYER BEWARE — they won’t stand behind anything they sell. And furthermore, I didn’t even raise my voice you lying, condescending worthless punk.

Great looking store. Their inventory contains a wide selection with up-​to-​date equipment. Employees are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will be continuing to send people interested in vaping their way. My friends have all had positive experiences here as well. Their prices on equipment for a B&M are very reasonable compared to other B&M’s, however their prices in person are slightly higher than they are on their online storefront. While I can only speak for the ten ejuice flavors I tried, they are above average in taste with some complexity in flavor. For people who know exactly what they want, VapeL1FE is good for the convenience factor. For others just getting into vaping, want to try out take a look at new stuff before purchasing, or want to try out some ejuice, this place is excellent.
