I don’t feel comfortable with having strangers in my home. I felt very comfortable with Brigham. He was professional, knowledgeable and got rid of our bug. I would highly recommend. Janet

We have used A+ for years and they have kept our property bug spider wasp snake etc free. They come back any time you like at no extra charge and Tanner is great. Always professional, neat and never in a hurry. Tanner is very knowledgable and explains everything with ease.

We signed up for the their 1-​year subscription which is the biggest mistake you can make. For the past year they have shown a continual lack of customer care. They would miss our scheduled appointments and show up randomly to spray the yard and home (yes please come into my house that has toys all over the place from my 1 year old and spray your pesticides… really?). With the 1 year subscription I had 4 or 5 experiences with the company which was 4 or 5 too many. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Lady: Would you like a FREE termite inspection at your next service?
Me: Sure, it is free isn’t it?
Lady: Yes. We put a couple yard boxes out and check them at your following service.
Me: Sounds good.
***Fast Forward to Friday
Me: Received bill for typical service + an extra $ 30 for the «FREE» yard boxes so I call up company.
Company: See, the way it works is we don’t charge for the boxes. We charge to check the boxes at your service appointment.
Me: But your lady said FREE. Not FREE plus we charge another service fee to look at the damn things when they are out there doing my spray anyway.
Company: Well, we will refund it but it appears you didn’t understand our promotion or there was miscommunication.
Me: You said FREE. Free, as in you aren’t charging me an extra $ 30.
End result: They lost a customer and I got my money back. Would rank them a 2, but since they refunded the money, I’ll give them a bonus.

Josh W. Arrived at my house today to do an initial treatment. Very professional and courteous. We have used A+ Pest Control in the past and look forward to using them again in the future. They always do a great job and always show up on time. :)

Do NOT use this company!!! Do not sign any contracts when they come knocking on your door! I tried to cancel my service, because I still had bugs and they charged me for a future service that I never received. They are unprofessional and do not provide good customer service!!!
They have had to change their business name because of all the bad reviews & they tell the Better Business Bureau that they are no longer in business?

This place is great. Anytime I see a anaconda loose in my bed I call up Danny «snake wrangler» black to come rescue me. Awesome service! Handsome employees! They go the extra mile! Sometimes I get rubber snakes and just place them around my house so I can have Danny Black stop by and service me! A++++++++++++
