Now I love going to second hand stores, it has always been a big hobby of mine that was passed down from my frugal parents during my childhood. Now, I always wasn’t a big fan of this during my younger years at home but this seems to be a good stress reliever for me as of lately. My wife and I visited this location and found it to be a nice little location for Edmond. The main things I look for when I visit thrift stores is organization and price points. This location has both and i look for forward to visiting again in the future.

Elite Thrift is nice thrift store in Edmond. They are bigger than the other thrift stores nearby and have a fair selection. You can score a lot of goods here for cheap if you shop the right days — a few days a week they have crazy sales where certain items are half off or more (like Crazy 8 days everything is 88 cents). Considering they are already only a few dollars to begin with, it’s a good deal!
The employees here are pretty nice which makes the experience better. The shelves can look a little bare at times. Sometimes the grandma-​thrift store aroma is a little overwhelming.
They have a good selection of toys and furniture most of the time, too, instead of just clothes.
Another plus: their hours are much better than the other thrift stores in town. Open earlier and later!

Very clean store so it was easy to look over everything to see if there was something I wanted. I didn’t feel that had much for non stuffed toys or the kitchen area. Compared to other stores of this size I’m used to the shelves being fuller but that may be because they seem to be selective about what they put out i. e nothing broken and keep it looking nice instead of overcrowded. As far as customer service goes I didn’t buy anything so I didn’t checkout with anyone but I overheard an employee tell a customer «Please don’t apologize, it’s my job and I love being back here». I thought that was sweet to hear as the employee got things out of a case for a customer to look at.
