I am not going back to this business due the staff. Mediocre place at best and not professional. I have sent people here and i wont anymore… I wont let myself be treated like crap again. The checkout personI had today needs a personality check! Mercy or Integris next time.

I had a great first experience. I highly recommend seeing Crystal Fredrickson at Koester. I’m sure Koester is a great dermatologist too. They have great reviews on other websites. Crystal spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. She was very knowledgable.
