Established in 2011.

We opened our first Location at the Rockwell Plaza in North wes expressway and rockweel back in July 2011. Also we started a Food Truck December of 2013. And we just open our third location On April 14th of 2015.

A healthy option for a fast lunch (or dinner) in Edmond. I love this place! Being a creature of habit I haven’t strayed from the grilled chicken with brown rice and the apple/​spinach salad. They have a marinade they use on their chicken (and other meats) that gives the chicken plenty of flavor. Friendly staff, clean restaurant — I’ll be back and maybe eventually branch out and try other menu items.

I have been getting the takeout steak & bacon salad w/​avocado regularly — the food is really good and awesome if you’re into Paleo — the best option I’ve found in OKC/​Edmond.

This place confuses me greatly. Firstly its hardly ever busy, which is a good thing for when you’re in a hurry, but off putting. They have two main dishes, a combo plate then a salad. You basically get one protein and two sides. My first and biggest complaint about this place is that the workers prepare your food without gloves. Their menu is confusing because theres no mention of using their main salads as a side but you can do that, i had to ask. Then the protein was pre-​prepared, not freshly cooked. Their portions are a decent size. Overall the two times ive been in here nothing looked appetizing, and the food was a bit bland, as expected.
