Sadness is when the guy at your routine oil change place around the corner notices a Major Problem and says «Get your wheel bearing fixed ASAP, or regret it.»
Happiness, however, is when you find the right place to get said wheel bearing fixed. I picked K and C purely by chance since it was within walking distance to my apartment, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice.
A good sign to me is when I call first thing Monday morning and they say they’ll try and squeeze me in between appointments to take a look. So they’re not universally hated! That’s always a nice start. And sure enough, they squeezed me in and called me with a price quote by the end of day. The price was fair and reasonable, so I ok’ed it, and by Tuesday, my car was back in my hands and has never driven better.

Best, most honest staff. Hands down. I took my car in thinking I needed new brakes. They called me back an hour later to let me know my brakes were fine and had plenty of life left on them. As a female, and as a car novice in general, they could have easily replaced them and I never would have known.
I’ve been back for other things and every time they are quick, friendly, fair and honest. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Whenever I go to auto shops, I really only look for one thing, and that is honestly. I have gotten ripped off before (shame on me), so I am always on the look out for cheats in the auto repair realm. But Kelly at K&C was really nice and answered all my questions fully. He gave me comparisons with other shops and told me all my options, didn’t pressure me into any repairs. And to top it off, his service is wonderful. The work he does is top of the notch. It is not the cheapest (not as cheap as some in OKC), but it is way cheaper (labor price per hour) compared to the dealerships. The wait is not too bad, but if you have something major, I would definitely call in ahead of time to save some hassle. Highly recommended for anything to do with car repair

I went to K&C for the first time a few months ago to get my cars AC worked on. I had talked to a few other shops in Edmond first and they all wanted to charge an arm & a leg just for diagnostics. The guys at K&C we’re very friendly, answered all my questions and charged very reasonable prices. They got the AC working and the car was ready by the next day.
