Would not go back there ever again. horrible and unfriendly custmemer service. Took too long for a simple job. Had to wait for shuttle for an hour.

Dave was extremely rude. Cuts you off mid sentence and pretty much calls you a lair even if you know what is wrong with your vehicle. Won’t take my car back. The techs are good but Dave made it to where I don’t ever want to go back.

I love the personalized service I get with Kennedy’s! You are greeted with a smile! The techs are very knowledgeable and friendly! They always work to get you the best deals in town on tires. Keep your money local!

I went in for an air conditioner check. Was told condenser had a hole in it. Paid 1100.00 dollars to fix it– still wasn’t cooling so returned and told it was some other part that was another 76.00. Still not fixed, so like a fool, I returned a 3^rd time. Was the core something-700.00. Still not cooling properly. After over 1800.00 dollars, I ask for a refund on the labor. Was more than wiling to pay for the parts but I still had the same problem I went in with. They refused to work with me at all. Because I am a widowed female, I turned to my brother to try to help and when he spoke with the owner (Ted) my brother was called «an uneducated redneck .» WOW! Very unprofessional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Feel like I was treated extremely unfair. They will lousy!!!

I would never take my car to these criminals. Service is about double the price of other places. You are much better off going to the dealership, at least when they rip you off they do the repair right. THIS GUY IS A CROOK!

UPDATE: Mr. Kennedy called me to personally apologize for being overcharged. He admitted the service writer was wrong and mailed me a check for most of the original charges. It’s nice to see that they followed up on the problem and admitted their mistakes.

Went in with a flooded engine. Expected some spark plugs and an air filter change. Maybe $ 150-​$ 250 after parts and service, right? Not even close. Try $ 600+. After I agreed to the outrageous charge (Since it would cost that to have it towed yet again), they contacted me later and stated that since I tried to start my engine while it was flooded, the pressure may have caused bending/​warping of heads, pistons and whatnot. So rebuilding an engine might run you $ 2000-​$ 6000 these days, I was told. «Luckily» they stated over the phone, «Your insurance will cover it!». I’m sure they will I thought sarcastically to myself… really feeling as though I was being shown the way to the cleaners.
I contacted my insurance and they said they’d send out their adjuster. They contacted me the next day and said that they would pay to get it out of there. My insurance rep told me that the adjuster reported some interesting things. Number one, they were suspiciously uncooperative and reluctant to show him the vehicle. Number two, after inspecting he couldn’t tell that the spark plugs were changed at all and the air filter was soaking wet. Overall he reported that we were being charged for the thing sitting in their garage for a couple days. Insurance wrote them a check for a bit less than they were asking and got it out of there.
Towed it back home and after my mechanic took a look at it, he dried out the air filter and dropped it back in. Turned the key and magically the sucker works like a charm. He charged me nothing. I’m currently driving it and have zero problems after getting a new air filter. Not sure if it was Kennedy’s malicious intent or if they were just idiotic. Regardless, I saved a ton of money and only paid my deductible from my insurance.
Again, avoid them if you can. They’ll not only take you to the cleaners, they’ll charge you for the trip there and back.
