At a very difficult time, we found compassion and patience when we worked with Francis at Southwest Monument in Edmond. She was professional and knowledgeable. She always showed an interest in us and our desires. We made many changes in our design and she was always patient and supportive throughout the process. Francis at Southwest Monuments and Bronze Memorials is the person you want to work with to order your loved ones monument or memorial. She is the most lovely person who takes as much time as you need. She is not doing it for the business to make a dollar, but to help you get exactly what you want. And she takes time with you too. I visited 3 other places in the central Oklahoma area but wouldn’t do business with them because it was apparent that was all they were about. One of competition continued working on her paperwork the whole while I was asking questions. So when I walked into the door at Southwest Monuments and a very kind and pretty lady met me and spent a very long time with me as I slowly found out what it was that I wanted for my dear brother’s monument I chose them! They are better priced too.
