Summit Mechanical

I’ve been using these guys for the past coupe of years and I keep trying to give them chances but I think I’m done with them. Every time they send someone out, it’s a new guy (who isn’t aware of the work the previous guy did just a few days prior). They never seem to get it right the first time which requires return house calls which requires me to miss more work.
Last night, just before going to bed, I heard dripping on my living room floor, just under the furnace. There’s a leak in the ceiling! I go into the attic to find the source of the leak. The drain pan is dry as a bone! Turns out the backup drain pipe that feeds into the drain pan was set to drip just outside the pan! I assume this has been dripping for weeks. The drywall was soaked through in a few places. Now I may have to replace part of my ceiling!
I’m only lucky that I noticed the dripping before going to bed or it would have been much worse and probably would have ruined my floor as well.

They fixed two AC units for me and I couldn’t be happier with the price, repairs, and technicians.
