Arnold the owner did such a great job repairing our wrecked car it was UNREALl!!! My girlfriend got into an accident in our green Prius and totally wrecked the right front bumper, headlight, and fender. We contacted our insurance and unfortunately didn’t cover this repair so this was all out of pocket. We first visited Aldercrest Auto Rebuild in Lynnwood and got an a estimate of $ 5000 – 6000. I was shocked thinking how cheap Toyota’s parts are so then I asked my mechanic, Jae, from Japanese Auto Care. He then introduced me to Arnold who gave me an estimate of $ 1800!!! Honestly didn’t expect the quality work Arnold did. From the body, the special light lime green paint, even the Prius logo that was damaged. Arnold is an artist and our Prius looks exactly the way it did BEFORE the accident!!! Our car was done the day before Christmas Eve so we had a wonderful holiday thanks to him!

Came in for regular service and a check engine light. Grand (re-)opening under new management. Office and garage has been remodeled. Parking lot is still small of course. Reliable, fast, and great prices. Honest work and friendly staff. My brakes were squeaking so I thought I needed new brakes. But they inspected it, applied lube, and now it’s fine. Best of all, they threw this in for free.

Arnold is an honest mechanic. Seriously. That statement alone should be all you need to know about this place. It’s small, dirty, and basically a parking nightmare when you go there, but it’s the only place I will take my car for anything.
I’ve been taking my car there for over the last 6 years, and there’s been a few times when anyone else would have charged me for basically nothing. Meaning, he’s spent time repairing my car and I walked away not paying a dime because it was something so simple.
