Crown Roofing

I had a full tear down and re-​install, including all new gutters done through Crown Roofing. The roof had a leak after they were done, which they fixed fairly quickly. The main issue, is that since the install back on 1/​2014, yep 2014, Rob and his crew have been unable to get the front gutters to properly drain. Every time there is a medium rain or more, the gutters overflow all over the patio/​front door area. This has been going on ever since the install, and it’s come to the point where Rob will not even return my calls/​texts. It’s a sad day when the guy you hired and paid good money to for a roof, chooses ignoring you as his solution to the problem! Oh, and by the way, he lives just 4 houses away from me, so being to busy can’t be used as an excuse, because I see when he’s home! This was also not a discounted neighbor job, this was 100% a full contract between Rob and I, that he has failed to finish!
Can’t imagine how he treats people that he’s not neighbors with!

We didn’t actually have any work done. We had 4 roof estimates, and Crown Roofing was the highest by $ 2000…Watch your pennies!
It also took some time to receive the estimate.
I felt that I needed to Unilocal about this, because all the other estimates were in the same ballpark.
