They really encompass holistic healing and their expertise covers a wide range of full body wellness and community involvement. They understand how the body works as a unit and that by treating even one area of your body, they will help get you results in many areas within your life. They integrate goal setting, mindful body awareness, and education to team up with you to help you reach your wellness goals.

Dr. Matt is very professional and has done a great job on my back pain. Every visit is easy and fun. Dr. Matt and his staff are very friendly and care about their patients. My daughter goes here as well. I highly recommend Dr. Matt to anyone with back pain.

I used to see Dr. Denise So (Dr. Matt’s wife) at another clinic and I seriously credit her with making my TWIN pregnancy far more comfortable. After my delivery, I didn’t get back to the chiropractor for quite some time and found that she had left the clinic. I was so bummed and continued to see my previous clinics doctors, but I continued to leave there very dissatisfied with the level of care I was getting. After trying most of the doctors in the clinic I decided I should search and see if she was practicing somewhere else, which led me to Dr. Matt.
I have now been a patient for just a couple months and things that have been ailing me are finally improving and I truly believe this office is working WITH you. It’s not a quick fix and you’ve got to ice and do the work required to heal your body, but for the the first time… last month I didn’t have the extreme pains I typically get surrounding my female cycle.
I love that if I come in and say something is bothering me, Dr. Matt looks at it and checks it out. The FAMILY really is family. it’s not just the name. They have play areas set up in front and in one of the adjustment rooms for kids. They do also work with lots of children. I will likely never ever switch clinics. Right now I have to actually commute about 25 minutes from where I live, but it’s well worth it. I couldn’t recommend them any higher, but I’d give 10 stars if I could.
I’m not sure if Denise will come back, but in the future when we have more children I will look forward to my care here because they do a great job of adjusting expecting moms. I haven’t had my kids adjusted yet, but I am considering it and I know that they would get wonderful care as well.
The office is clean. The staff is friendly and chatty. They make it very inviting and you can tell they are really here for wellness. I think thats all most patients want… to feel like their care providers are giving them their very best (and that’s hard to find these days.)
Worth a commute. if you live closer… pick up the phone! They will make you feel better! To many more year with the So family and Edmonds Family Chiropractic. I am very thankful to be on a road to feeling well again.

Dr. Matt was able to recover my horrible concussion from a wakeboarding accident which saved me from ongoing pain. That was my reason to start going to him in the first place, but after I was healed, I have continued to go because I know how valuable the adjustments are for my body and own well-​being. Love all the gals here too, always greeting patience with a smile and engaging in conversation. Thanks to all of you, you’re fabulous!

What can I say? I’m a chef and an athlete, and my body is broken over and over again. Dr. So does wonders and is the only chiropractor I’ve been to that cares about healing, not maximizing the insurance income. To be honest, I almost stopped believing chiropractics worked until I gave EFC a try.
Now the «family» in EFC really means family! The office comes equipped with a kid entertainment area as well as maternity adjustment services. Front desk gals are extremely nice and pleasant to be around. I would suggest anyone looking to take care of your body to go visit Dr. So ASAP! Chef recommended!

The staff here are very friendly (only 2 receptionists and 1 chiropractitioner) and very welcoming. They offer a very kid friendly environment for those who are concerned and always try to make sure that you are comfortable and doing well. I first went here in September 2013 seeking help for some terrible upper back/​lower neck pain. After 4 adjustments the pain was nearly gone and I was able to move my neck without experiencing any pinching or discomfort. i still come here once every other week to keep my spine in check. Matt So, the chiropractitioner here, is wonderful at doing what he does.

Edmonds Family Chiropractic was the final and best choice I made to care for my TMJ issue. After seeking care from my dentist, orthodontist, massage therapist, AND TMJ specialist I FINALLY decided to give chiropractic a try– found much needed relief within weeks! (And I continue to see Dr. Matt for wellness.!) Dr. Matt sees families and children so I brought mine in without the slightest hesitation! Awesome practice, you will have an exceptional experience here. I wholeheartedly recommend.

Dr. Matt So is an amazing chiropractor, and an even better guy! I have seen around ten chiropractors throughout the years, and none truly compare. Most (all) chiropractors go through the motions, trying to get through all their patience in a quick manner. Dr. So is the opposite of your typical chiropractor (and doctor). He TRULY CARES if each adjustment helps you, and cares about your health. He is very knowledgeable, feel free to ask him any questions regarding diet, exercise, etc, he knows it all. He will help you attain a healthy lifestyle, and this is what he is all about.
I went to him with a sore back, horrible headache, sore neck, and was starting to get a cold a few days after I overcame the flu. After a single adjustment by Matt So, my pain was gone, and I ended up not getting a cold. I felt so good after, I had to write this review.
