A friend needed a quick fix without have to pay 100s of dollars for tires. She been having issues with three of her tires for months but one finally went completely flat. I recommended that she try this place. She called then at 5pm on Monday and asked about tires and if they could help her out. She told them she had a 10am appointment she had to get to and wondered if they could get it done by then. They told her to come by in the morning. They were able to replace three tires with some good quality used ones for a little over $ 100 and get her on her way before 10am! Needless to say she was incredibly relieved and happy.
I need new tires for my car and I will definitely be purchasing them from there.

These guys are great, don’t let the odd location fool you. I got the exact tires I wanted without any pressure for a house brand or addons. They had it done in an hour while I waited and they balanced the wheels perfectly (the last two shops I used had weights all over the wheels and still couldn’t get it right).

Went in to have a tire looked at, there was a tear and I thought I needed to replace a tire. The owner or manager came out and took a look and said I didn’t need a tire and that it was just superficial. He said he’d love to sell me a tire, but there was nothing wrong with my tire. I really appreciated the honesty and because of that if I do need tires in future ill be sure to take my car here! I’m sure some other places would have tried to take advantage and make an easy sell, but not here, just honesty and from their website looks like great prices!

Had a set of tires shipped there from Tire Rack for our ’09 Fit, called to set up a time to get them mounted/​balanced the day after they arrived. Talked to Nash and he said to just come over and they could get them done. Went down and had all 4 mounted/​balanced + replacement TPMS sensor in under an hour. Friendly staff and decent waiting area. Will likely use again when the convertible needs new rubber.

My mechanic recommended I see these guys for an alignment job for my old Toyota Land Cruiser. I ended up buy a new set of tires as well, as the old ones were questionable at best. I received really great, prompt, service in both cases, unlike experiences I have had at some of the big chain tire places in the past. I also like the fact that the quote I got at Factory Direct included the entire job, all at a very competitive price. Some other places leave you asking if the «price» includes mounting, balancing, disposal fees, etc.

This place handles the business! My man friend and I bought a set of Cooper tires and a set of Michelin’s. My man friend is a real fussy thing when it comes to products, and he tracked this secret squirrel tire shop down. This place has all sorts of tires. It’s tricky to find, but well worth it. Flat tire repair? check. Free tire rotation? check. Best price available? check. They beat everyone in price including Costco (who doesn’t carry Cooper). Additionally, they are hustlers. They hustle through getting shit done up in there. You can’t ask for more. These people are gold star.

Factory Direct Tires was suggested to me by a friend of mine who knows his car. People there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Impressive speed and quality of work. Even when I falsely doubt that they damaged my wheel, they remain positive and showed me that’s not the case. They did a great job on balancing the wheel and provided advice to save me money, unlike another chain store around that just suggest me to change more tires. They earned my business hands down! (I posted this on Google too)

These guys are great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and competitively priced! I didn’t know about this place until a buddy found out how much I was going to pay at Les Schwab and turned me on to this place. The one thing that put this over the top for me was that they put my spare tire back under the truck. I was completely expecting to have to put it back — and I really didn’t care (like I said — that’s what I was expecting) but they did — and that’s going over and above, in my mind! So — I highly recommend going to Factory Direct Tire — they are a hidden gem (literally — they are back behind an apartment building or something) !!!
